Next four pics in body space (2 front/ 2 back)
Bench 225 3x6
Squat 325 3x5
Military 175 3x8
Current plan is too hit some strength goals at 175lbs
Want to hit:
Bench 315
Squat 405 (might be close)
Military 225 (might be close)
This would probably involve bulking to 185–190 and then cutting.
I'd say around 15%BF.
From ~18%BF to ~14%BF.
A mock prep is a good way of getting a feel for how long it will take you to get to your desired level... also to get the feel of how different life becomes in the single digits. I'd personally keep the pace down to 12%, adapt properly down to 10%, then pace yourself to not hit the wall as you drop below.
I’ve gotten to 10% last year by doing a simple -750 deficit, so that’s the same plan right not to get to 10%, then to get into single digits i’ll implement refeeds and breaks as needed and reduce the deficit to about 500

Hey guys, here's a link to an album of my pics htt ps:// imgur. com /a/ xPHtz8l
I'm 19 years old at 154 lbs 5'7", been on a cut at 1750 cals for a few weeks now, want to get the abs popping for the first time since freshman year of HS, My personal guess is around 15% but I really have no idea and I'm hoping some of the more experienced guys might be able to give me a better estimate
My PR's
Bench: 225
Squat:300
DL: 315
Wish I started taking fitness a little more seriously earlier, I've been going to the gym on and off for 5 years now, since my freshman year of HS, but I think I'm at a good point for 19

Hi I am 5'9 and 275 pounds, just wondering what my current body fat percentage is, I want to input it into a TDEE calculator to get better estimation of what my TDEE is. Note that I store lots of fat in my butt and legs, my stomach holds a little fat as well. Thanks in advance.

Hello! In the past year, I’ve lost 80 pounds, as I went from 245 lbs to 165. I am 18 and 5’ 11” for reference. Here are my pics: https : //imgur. com/a/1QfN7zT (remove the spaces). Please give me an estimate of my body fat. I literally have no idea where to go from here.

Hi. Read often but new member. Was not able to figure out how to post picture so included it as my bio picture. Have been trying to get a body fat percentage. On the machine at club seem to be all over the place 17-19. Anyone have any thoughts by looking at my bio picture. At 55 still have a little bit of stomach fat but struggling to get it down. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey guys, recently lost 16 kgs. Now sitting at 60 kgs at my height of 5'4 which i think now is pretty healthy. Not sure when to start bulking for the first time but I was thinking I wanted to start now but wanna make sure my BF% is low enough first. I've tried different tests such as bodyfat scales, callipers, measuring, but they're all giving different percentages between %30 - %10 which seems wildy inaccurate. Imurl links provided below. Any thoughts appreciated. First time successfully losing weight and believe I now know how to cut, maintain and gain. Will start bulking at 2200 calories with 165 g protein a day. Aiming to lift 5-6 days a week but still scared of gyms haha. (Working on it)

Last time I posted here, I was estimated to be at around 17-18% BF at 178lbs. The pictures attached are me at 170lbs... I know it's tricky to guess with my loose skin issues.
Loose skin is getting worse and worse, what a nightmare. Feels pretty bad to lose almost half your body weight over 6 years, and absolutely wince at your pictures. I suppose I must be a living example of not to make the mistakes I made with my body. Anyway, would appreciate estimates. Looking to get to 10-12% so I can start my first ever bulk, started lifting as a beginner in October!
Included flex pictures in case it is helpful given to skin sagging when I don't. I guess the silver lining is, the skin is as bad as it can really get. Should look better in a few years after a few bulks and hard work.

Your BF% is "untrained" so around 20%. You don't have much to cut into so I recommend around maintenance calories and lifting to progress within a proven program. When you stall in lifts, try harder, if you can't raise calories.

I'd say 18%BF, with uneven fat distribution.

About 21%BF and untrained, so I'd recommend to lift around maintenance calories. Get to the gym, on a program, lift to progress etc. Don't let fear stop you from doing what's best for you.

About 19-20%BF. Same advice for you, lift to progress at maintenance, up calories when you stall.

Great work! Somewhere 12-13%BF. Loose skin, yes. Since you are young some of it will hopefully draw back. I'd say you are ready for the surplus, slow and steady wins the race!

Uneven fat distribution, so a bit hard to be spot on... but I think it will average around 15-16%BF.

What am I At
Hi, 21 years old 6’0” 172 lbs. I cut from 255. How much more should I cut to be at 10% and start a lean bulk? BIA and hydrostatic put me around 12.5%, is this right?

Thank you bud. Really that low? Quite reassuring news! Think I might cut 5-8 more pounds in that case.
I am really hoping so, hopefully a bit of skin shrinkage and muscle gains will sort out the problem. It certainly will help that's for sure, thanks again :)

You've got abs and good definition overall so yes! Seems as you store most remaining fat in the obelique/lower back area... 5-8 pounds should be enough to drop about 2%BF or so :-)

Am 179cm/5ft11 tall. Currently 90kg/198lbs. SW was 130kg/286lbs
When I was 115kg/253lbs, BIA said lean body mass was 69kg/152lbs [BF%:46%]. When I was 100kg, BIA said lean body mass was 67.5kg/149lbs[BF%32.5%].
Now I'm 90kg, I'm roughly guessing that lean body mass might be 66kg. Which would put me at 27ish% body fat. Does this seem accurate? Or am I underestimating? I fear that I may have loss a bunch of lean mass with recent fat loss so may be fatter than I thought.
Waist is 34 inches, chest is 40 inches and hips are 42 inches
Post count is too low to upload here. Back, front and side are on my bodyspace.
Currently aiming for 80kg/176lbs and will reevaluate from there. Hoping a lean look will be in the 70s and no lower.

Congrats on the weight loss. Side view and lack of ab definition makes me feel you're closer to 14%, however lack of ab definition could be from lack of working the ab muscle. Up to you, but I would personally switch to lean bulk right now, you've done a great job on the weight loss, but its time to put on some muscle.

27%BF seems to be quite accurate, I'd say 28-29%, but it won't make a practical difference. I don't think you lost muscle for many reasons. High bf%, lifting and protein intake are all muscle sparing. It's much more likely that you overestimated the amount of lean mass you carried.

I was estimated at 20% in this picure (5'10,193 lbs)

I'm now down to 180 lbs, but not seeing much progress...
Flexed: https ://ibb.co/jfr9RBW
Unflexed: https ://ibb.co/xhjW9Q9
Any progress ? Estimate ? How long before the full 6 pack ? I was going for 175 goal weight but starting to think of going 170. I have decend defintion when flexed, can see striations on my lats when the lighting is good.
Thanks

17-18%. Yes you have made good progress your stomach is clearly tighter. As for a full defined 6 pack well you will probably have to be near 10% to have that so 160lb maybe a tad lower.

50-55%. Everyone has to start somewhere. I would advise cutting all empty calories and just make healthier food choices that will start you on the road to lose weight. After that weight loss, I would aim for a certain calorie amount such as 2500 calories and stick to it that will cause you to drop lots a fat quite quickly and once you are leaner you can start worry about other aspects of nutrition and then exercise.

I'd say you have 16-18%. You really need to add some muscle and that would be ok.
