Hey, so I've been on a cut for about 8 months now, dropping down from 229 lbs.
Can I get a BF% estimation? Do you think I should keep cutting?
Thanks a lot

Hi all, Photos taken with empty stomach after a liss cardio workout.
What is my Bf percentage? My plan is cutting till %13 14 range. I entered my fourth week and I'm appliying 3 times fierce 5 training and 1 time liss cardio 2 time hiit cardio per week. I am probably in agressive calorie deficit like 1000 kcal. How long should I keep cutting any advices would welcomed.

About 18-20% although difficult to say as you do lack lbm. I would say the maximum you should aim to lose now would be another 8lbs then think about building more lbm.

17%. I would probably aim for about about a loss of about another 5lbs then think about lean bulking, you lack lbm to really go too low bf and building some more muscle will make more of a difference.
Bodyfat estimate please.
5'8 148lbs.
Strength and size has been going up steadily, however I remain the same weight that I started 12 months ago. Anyway. Here they are. I took a lot of photos to help determine. Am I considered skinny fat still?
Hello everyone,
I am new here and I've been working out since August and would like some estimates on my BF % to see where I am standing. I think I am around 16% but would like to know what others with more experience think. Thanks for any and all input!

5'7.5" 173.2lbs. Please and thank you so much. If it helps, I have a posing video, but this was pumped from leg day and having my post-workout snack; 5g creatine in 5oz water, an orange, protien shake, 3/4 a protein bar, a serving of nuts, and a flaxseed tablet. 8 oz water to finish.

*Pics on My Dashboard*
Great job on losing the fat HAWSK20FAN! Judging by the barely visible abs, I'd say closer to 17-18%. That's not a bad thing though, remember it's not the exact number that counts but how you look and feel and whether or not you're still kicking butt in the gym and at life.

Check out my photo in the post I made here, I've got a similar hipbone/love handle deposit too that kills my V-Taper. Since your abs are more visible and the chest not very saggy, I'd say you're closer to 16%. If you feel you look soft at times, it's because you currently weigh 148, keep lean bulking and the look will improve. If you find you feel too soft or out-of-shape, feel free to do short cut for about 4-6 week so you can drop 4-9lbs. of fat then keep going from there. Thank you for your service.

I don't feel out of shape at all, and im pretty strong, lifting strong weights. Can bench 225 5-7x and pushing 265/275 once.
Posting a few pictures below. I seem to always have that side fat no matter my activity fit and level. Ive been 150lbs since I was 17 in 08. maybe 1-3lb fluctuations. I used to run 20miles a week, ruck like 15 miles a week, hit the gym daily due to infantry life. Never lost the hip fat. I was 124lbs when I joined army at 17, then 4months later during basic I was 150lbs and never changed since. I just go from soft 150 to hard 150.
2017 picture - was me 1 year ago, from the photos in last post.
Here are some pictures of my size over the years, and I guess in 2017 may.. I was really bad off, then December I started hitting weights hard.

I definitely wouldn't say you're skinny fat - not skinny or fat. Just a decently fit guy with some excess body fat. If you want the aesthetics, keep lifting hard and eat a deficit, lose some body fat, increase your definition.
If you're 5'8 150lb and truly benching 225+, your lifts are very solid and you should have a good bit of muscle. TBH, that kind of surprises me based on your stats and pics, but who knows.

I have you near 11%. I would say to become 7% you are looking 10-15lbs possibly, 7% is extremely lean and exceedingly difficult to maintain and usually only people stepping on stage/ make a living out of their bodies aim for this percentage.
Yep between 15-17% is correct I would say.
Do you think that should I keep clean bulking around 4-5 months ? It has been 1 month, gained 2.5 - 3 lbs, waist - belly - hip : stays stable.

Yes certainly, if your weight is going up and your waist is staying the same then you are doing everything correctly no point changing, plus if your lifts are increasing in strength/ volume then all good.
You aren't no where near fat so keep gaining muscle. Keep aiming for the weight increase you are currently doing and you should be fine.
176 cm/ 5'9'', 73kg-161 lbs, two months in bulk mode.
please estimate the body fat, different methods give from 12 to 18%, I'm inclined to think later is closer.

I would say around 14-15% as you retain a good level of divide in your hip bone and waist. So right in the middle. Still fine to keep bulking if interested.
165 lb @ 5'10"
In the middle of cut - goal is visible abs by February.
Brown genetics so my chest sucks and my stomach tends to store a lot of fat, if that helps.
Thanks
i am 179 cm and 90 kg
i lost a lot of weights and i have alot of skin especially under belly button

Tad hard to say but around 16% based on your height and weight with consideration of your pics.
I would recommend you start building more muscle soon.
damn gonna cut till 155 then.

Cheers mate, caliper appears the most accurate for me. Can you please check pics in my bodyspace, I thought I was 14-15 back to October - I've got like 1.5 inches in waist since then, somehow 1 inch in neck, so the bodyfat would have be higher by now?
thanks again

Based on how to two pics look (although the Oct pic is under bad light), I would say even if you have gained an inch around your waist there seems to be minimal visual difference so your bf% levels seem to be maintaining. Yes you can see a bit of extra fat around the belly (very small amount the Oct pic you can see a faint divide from upper/ lower abs but just the whole core on the current pic). I would say you have probably gained only 1% fat but there is no way of knowing really and all bf% tests are unreliable.
So back in Oct probably 14% and now 15% still have core outline so usually in the 15% bracket but again this vary person to person. If your major lifts have gone up then your core could be getting a bit bigger due to muscle. IMHO you actually look more built in your current state then before.

I think building muscle slowly on a lean bulk will offer the best option as it will tighten up any loose skin and aid with adding shape to your body (aim for a gain of about 2lbs a month).

I calculated my body fat recently using my home scales and that came out as 15%, but I don't know how accurate that is. So I am hoping you guys can give a good estimate based on my stats and pictures.
I am currently doing roughly 5 hours of intensive training per week which is a combination of martial arts, kick boxing, HIIT circuits and running. I am about to start a diet of 2189 calories per day to support this and hopefully thats about right to lose a little more body fat.

Must have decent scales as I would say about 14-15%. I would not lose too much more weight and focus on lean bulking soon. Depending on your individual goals if you plan on gaining muscle you will need to weight train as all your current exercises are mainly muscular endurance and specific skill training which generally will add minimal muscle amount.
If however being more muscular is not your goal carry on as you just be careful you don't lose too much weight too fast with that amount of exercise.
