Appreciate it cheers. I've been losing the weight by doing more exercise. Don't tell anybody

Sorry dude but studies show that the only way to lose weight is by participating in a metabolic ward study that proves it.

Haha love it
Today is my 7 month progress of cutting and lifting. Started on 11/12/2020 at 212 lbs and am now at 174 lbs.
Am I around 14-15%? Or am I still above. I feel like I've stalled out for 2-3 weeks and it's getting kinda mentally draining to see the scale oscillate between 171-175 after going for so long
Thank you ahead of time

I would put you around 14-15 but I'm no expert in bodyfat. Your transformation has been great though regardless of what it is. Great job
Hi
What is my BF percentage estimate? Photos are in my gallery.

I think 14% is a very reasonable estimate

I think I need a better picture with a slight ab tensing.
I think you're hiding definition because you're kind of sticking our your stomach a bit.
I would imagine you're around 15% but I need a better image
18M what is my body fat in each photo (post gym abs flexed probably)
1st pic 6'1 155, 2nd pic 6'0 155
Anyone wish to give me the hard truth?
Pictures on my page.

Thanks both for replies! I think the 'unrelaxed front' pose is very unflattering, there is a tensed picture and sideways picture in the progress album that gives more perspective.
Useful to know that I'm probably around 15% - 20% though (though hopefullly closer to 15!). Getting to 10% bf is going to be a real slog!
Lost 33lbs so far! Wondering what my bodyfat was before and after.
Hoping for abs soon!

Im not sure which picture is tensed, there's no way you're 20%... I stand by my 15% estimate.

Thanks bro! 7 hard months of cutting paid off
This is something a great comeback!
Good efforts!
I lost about 10KG over 8 - 10 weeks from cutting, I wanted to get to around 10 - 12% before bulking up. Roughly what % is this?

2-3 more months should do the trick even though you may not have enough muscle to support it (source: been there done that)

Holy chit dude. From December to now. Your body is 100% transformed. That’s insane. I’m tempted to embed the pics for you. And I agree with Adam above

Thank you, the original is from June of last year where I started around 260+ plus but am happy with how far I’ve come over the past year. Started lifting around December and am looking to just continue to work to improve from here.
I asked in May last time around and got estimate at 13ish percent .
185cm. Bw 74.5ish kg. ( between 74.5 and 75 last week)
Pics uploaded titles starting from June 22 2021 in progress pictures.
Since last time Cut some more. Lost 2.5 more kgs.
Got DeXa done as well which came out as 7.6 percent but would rather get an estimate here.
In any case this is the end of my cut. It isn't hunger but sleep deprivation that has me end of my ropes. Can't sleep for ****. Wake up 3 4 hours into the sleep everyday for few weeks now.
Anyway would rep and appreciate an estimate. All Pics first thing in morning ( if u can call 4am morning lol) with no pump but trying to flex which I don't even know how to do especially with abs
Hello guys, do you know a reliable fat calculator? Thanks in advance.
Hello guys, do you know a reliable fat calculator? Thanks in advance.
post a pic here, you can't calculate or measure it accurately enough

Hey guys, do you think I could get a body fat estimate? Thanks! My pictures are in Bodyspace. 24 y/o, 5'11," 155lb.
I'm super flexed in the pics, I feel like I'm gonna puke now after those poses.
