175lbs 5'11 -- been slow bulking for 6 months -- lifts 1x4:
deadlift: 365lbs
bench: 180lbs
squat: 260lbs
just started a madcow 12 week cycle. Should I go through with it and bulk maybe 5-6lbs to get some solid gains? I'm not really sure where my BF is at, and I'd rather not get "too" fat so I don't have to do a long dreadful cut later. But if my BF too high then perhaps I'll cut first.

I'm guessing 18-19% body fat range, does that sound correct?

That’s a fair self assessment.

Hello everyone.
Looking for an update regarding my BF%. I have uploaded three pictures to my progress pictures in my bodyspace:
Front relaxed
Side relaxed
Back relaxed
6', 165 lb
Current goal: 10% BF before commencing slow bulk. How far away am I from my goal? It is getting more difficult, so hopefully not much longer.... lol
Will rep. Thank you in advance

Thanks. Would you recommend that I do a full 12 week cycle of madcow while bulking? Or should I just drop that and start a cut?

13%ish overall.
Losing about six more pounds of fat should get you close to the 10% range.

Hi, checking in again after another month of regular workouts.
31 yo, 176 cms tall, 67.8 kgs as of today.
Comparison photo attached. Was working out at home (light weights) and long distance cycling till 17 Aug, and thereafter joined the gym again (they had just reopened after lockdown). Climbing back up the weights now, and working closely with a new trainer.
Thanks in advance!

I'd say about 14%.
The sagging abdominal skin tends to make it look a bit worse than it actually is.

Cut down from 194 in April, to 177 as of a few days ago. Used to lift but lost strength, tried to maintain with calisthenics because of injury.
Not sure if I should cut more to get really lean, or start lean bulking. What do you guys think?
And, of course, what's my bodyfat?
The scale says 19% :(
