Trying to cut down to about 210 maybe even 200 depending on how I look at that point. Would love y'alls feedback. Just some back up info, I was 318 at my heaviest when playing college ball so I definitely have some excess skin from my weight loss journey.

It's hard for me to tell with the excess skin. Based on your back and arms I'm leaning toward 27-29%.

I would put you around 13-14%. I think your skin is hiding alot. Hard to tell in the pic but if those are veins on your left oblique and right seratus prob a bit lower.

Right now I have tried to move to a lean bulk but I think I am doing something wrong. From July to early October I was at the below macros.
Protein: 150 to 160 grams per day
Fat: 40 to 60 grams per day
Carbs: 40 to 60 grams per day
I now have been doing the following for about a month now.
Protein: 225 grams per day
Fat: 60 grams per day
Carbs: 300 grams per day
My one month weigh in will be in a week but currently I have not even gained a pound. :/

simply add 200 calories and see what happens in 2 weeks

I agree. Add some calories. No need to add any more protien unless its simply for satiation. Add some healthy fats, more salmon, avocado, etc....

You're probably around 15%
If you lost 10lb, you'd be around 10%

I estimate 20-22%. The down lighting pulls out some ab definition but its light.

I can't share links yet but just Google TDEE calculator and that will give you a very ROUGH estimate of where your maintenance cals should be.
Once you get that number, use the mirror and the scale to see if you need to adjust about every 1-2 weeks.
The number of cals you can eat without gaining fat will, of course, fluctuate with how many you are burning.

Anyway, I've been adding 2-3 days of full body resistance training days a week and think I've put on a little muscle?
I do play 3-4 hrs of tennis a day as well as cardio every day out of enjoyment.
Thoughts on current physique? 6'1 and 155 lbs.

You're still super lean. I would say still at 10-12%. No idea what you looked like before but you do have some muscle definition for sure.
Looking good. IMO no reason to gain a bunch of fat to also gain muscle. With your frame though, you could wear a few more pounds and "fill out."

For an accurate estimate, you need to post some pictures where you are relaxed, not posing and flexing.

3.1 lbs in 2 weeks doesn't translate to a 75% deficit (which is stupid btw, that would be way too steep). 1.5 lbs a week roughly translates to about a 750 calorie a day deficit, which is perfectly fine, but its [b]not[/b] 75% lower than your maintenance.

I don't entirely agree, unless you mean that having BOTH is helpful...
For example, people without 'deep' insertions in their abs will always look less lean while relaxed compared to other with deeper insertions.
I have seen legit 8% BF on people with shallow abs who show almost zero definition relaxed, and then they flex and look insane.
Even when you look at juiced-up stage ready BBers, many of them if they relax look almost 5% higher than they do when flexing.
If someone looks 10% when they flex, then they look 10%.... being relaxed and especially relaxed in bad lighting will actually have the opposite effects and make them look fatter than they are.

The picture is a bit far away, but you are likely 11% or so in the Nov 23 pic... could be 10% tho...
