I am 184 cm (6ft) and around 85kg at the start of the day. Im on my phone so I can't post pics but my pics are at my bodyspace, I have abs flexed and unflexed along with arms. my friend says high end of 13 percent but I think i am more mid 12 percent or low 13 percent. All pics were in good lighting.

As far as my goal goes, at this point it's nothing more than whittling down the fat stores in my lower abdominal as much as possible. My thought is that losing as much as I can from there now will mean that as I bulk any newly acquired fat will distribute more evenly across my body and I'll have less to lose from the lower abs.. At least that's the theory I'm operating under right now - not sure if that theory holds water or not.
Any thoughts?

Fareed1998..Hmmm these stats puzzle me. If you were 189 at even 14% bf that would mean you have a FFMI of of nearly 23. This simply seems high to me. Just as an example that kinobody dude Greg O'gallagher is a 23 on the ffmi. And clearly , he has a lot more muscle mass then you or I do.. and may have even juiced at one point ( im not convinced he has by any means but certainly possible). It seems a couple things are possible 1 ) you hold body fat well in terms of distribution location. Or 2) your scale is off by a few pounds. Or maybe both lol

ConquerMyself...Yeah , I would say you are correct , a bit higher is likely . 25 % or so . Hard to tell sometimes in the over 20% range. Losing weight rapidly at the start when at high bf% is common . Not all of this weight loss is fat though. A significant portion MUST be water weight ( inflamation ect). Even a super agressive 1k per day defficit can only shed 2lbs of FAT per week. Thermodynamics never lie. Energy can not be created or destroyed only transformed.

Pics are in my gallery on my bodyspace. I have a front and back unflexed and one front flexed. I figure I'm 20-22%. Stats are 5'9 195. Looking to cut to ~15%, my guess is I will need to be 180-185 for that to happen. Current cut I am down 10 lbs in 11 weeks, so about 1lb per week.

Looking to get bodyfat % - 167lbs, 6'1", 31 y/o.

5'9" 196lbs
I've been working out for the last month and a half and the scale has changed between 192-197. My girlfriend says I have slimmed out a little but obviously the scale is driving me nuts so I'm not sure if I'm losing fat while gaining muscle or what. Need some estimates and some recommended steps

Can I get a BF% estimate? 28, 6'0 tall, 173 lbs. I'd put myself at ~15%. Top pic is a vacuum with ab flex, bottom pic is like a transverse abdominis flex.

I started my weight lost journey on Feb 2017 after undergoing a spinal cord stimulator implant to help with my chronic leg and back pain. I started at 200 lbs on mid Feb 2017, just eating cutting junk foods and walking x3 a week for 300 cal burn. I just recently started learning about macros and would be incoporoting them with my nutrition.

Hey guys.
I'm 5’11” and weighing around 159 pounds atm, 22 years old. I've started working out 10 months ago and have lost 26 pounds. Looking for a current BF estimate. Last time I had a eva, I weighed myself at the Tanita scale and I had 163 pounds and 14% BF supposedly, around a month ago.
All these pictures are relaxed, taken in the morning before breakfast.
Don't know if I should keep up cutting or not, I've been increasing in strength at the machines.

Based on experience with scales for BF% estimation... don't trust them.
17-18%BF is closer to the truth. Keep cutting until you feel ready to put on mass... use the mirror and go by your personal goals/preferences for making decisions.

Not much left to lose... some back fat and slight deposit at lower-abs. Close to 10%BF.

Agree 11 to 12, for the sake of the exercise let's assume you're 12%. This would mean that you're carrying 24 pounds of fat. If you drop 10 pounds and we'll assume most of it is fat (say 80% of it), then you'll have 16 pounds of fat out of 190 pounds (200 take away 10), that puts you at 8% body fat so on these figures no need to go down to mid 180s. That's the theory anyway, in reality you may have to lose a little more just in case there's more LBM loss.

Agree, probably closer to 12-14%, lean but not quite 6 pack area. I'm in a similar boat, abs not popping yet but you can see the when I flex. I'm in the same boat. I also use calipers, mine say I'm around 10% but I'd guess closer to 12-14 too because I've still got that lower back/stomach flab.
My approach to calipers is use them to track progress relative to your previous readings, but not as an end all be all magic percentage.

You're carrying around 37 pounds of fat, to reach 15% you'd need to lose 15 pounds of fat. Realistically and making allowances for some Lbm loss you'd be approx 145 pounds.

Hey! I've used Skulpt and gotten a reading around 13% but I am skepticle about it as I've heard that it's not the most accurate tool for estimating body fat percentage. Based on the more recent photos on my profile, would you say that it's close to right? I'm 5'9, 160lbs. Thanks!!

It looks like 10% to me. Possibly 11, but I think I'd just say 10. Your before picture looked more like 13% on the dot. And where in the world are you that you can lift without a shirt? haha

I don't have too much muscle, but I want to cut to minimum bodyfat levels before starting a lean bulk (preferrably around the end of summer).
However I have no idea what % I'm at, I lost about 15 lbs in the past two months and now I'm just kinda hungry all day eating ~3000 calories. I'm 6'1 and 165 lbs.
