Age: 28 Height: 6'2.5 Weight: 188lb Waist: ~33"
No supplements. Lowish Sodium. No Caffiene.
Did Body Recomp for 5 months at about 10-15% cal deficit, then started clean bulk (+300) for the last 2 months.
Would be awesome if I could get BF% estimates for my Before pic and After pic in BODYSPACE (I'm flexed/tensed in all photos btw)
Should I keep lean bulking or should I start a slow cut for summer?
Hiya I'm new here
imgur /JzqVPaa I can't post photos yet I uploaded them to the dashboard but they keep uploading sideways for some reason so here the end of the hyperlink
Im 6'3" - 164lbs
It should be noted ive had gyno since i was a preteen due to a hormone disorder. Same reason I have wide hips. I would assume it would affect my body fat percentage.
What do you think? My guess is around 15%
bump to avoid a repost!

Please estimate for me
18 year old, 6'2" or 188cm tall, 93.5kg or 206lb heavy
Been working out on and off over past few years. Started again 5 weeks ago and lost some fat. There's some muscle too underneath the fat
Photos are available on my bodyspace from different angles
Thanks in advance

25-30% maybe, it's hard at higher percentages
There's probably not much muscle under the fat. You need to be working out consistently to really change your body composition, on and off is not enough I am afraid.

Could you post pics that are relaxed instead? It's very hard to give an accurate estimate from flexed pics as some people will look much leaner when flexing leading to a too low estimate. This is particularly the case when there's a good amount of muscle, your pre-pic looks like 22-23% ish or so and your front flexed pic from February looks like about 15% (or maybe leaner because your legs are very lean) but it would really help with relaxed pics. You've made really great progress with your physique!
You're about 25%, maybe a little lower. At 65 kg you will probably still be about 20% BF.
I don't think you should aim for 12% now, I would rather suggest that you cut until your waist measurement is well below half your height and when you reach that point you bulk consistently for 1-2 years until you consider cutting again.
We all have less muscle than we think the first time we do a serious cut, I've been there too.
Am i really 25% bf? Could you pls reestimate my bf? I uploaded a new pic in bodyspace. Thank you sir!!

You were, but you've dropped about 5 pounds since then so of course you are lower now :P I'd put you at like 23-24% now, and I still think you will be about 20% at 65 kg, maybe a little higher and maybe a little lower.

Would anyone mind estimating my current BF? My profile has my photos. They uploaded sideways for some reason, not sure why. Current pic is 181lbs at 5'10.

Maybe 16-18%? Still good vascularity. I swear shoulder vascularity must be 100% genetic bc I never get it no matter how shredded I get.

You're right about that. I just uploaded a front relaxed pic and also a Double Bi and NASTY tricep flex with a pump for more data. I think you're pretty close with the 15% I was saying 16-17% but its hard to tell from my torso because my skin is a little loose from previously being close to 30% Bodyfat years ago.
I appreciate the words of encouragement and the estimate. Let me know if the new pics change your estimate or not please. Thank you!

41 y/o
5'8"
195-200lb fluctuations
Been increasing calories the past month or so (fairly) carefully.
7 3/4" wrists, 9" ankles
I have my best estimate but looking for other opinions to add to the estimate.
Last three bodyspace pics in Progress.
Thanks in advance.

I would say 18% isn't a bad estimate, give or take 2%. Your back holds some fat but we do see abs in that pumped photo. Musculature is great. Good overall form. We are about the same weight and you look much bigger in your photos that I do. Nice work.

Thinking 15-17% and thinking I probably need to get to 165-170lbs 0-12% for Summer. Accurate?

From just that one, dangerously low, photo.... I would say thats an accurate estimate. Looking good though . Traps are on point!
