Just realized that Monday was my 6 month marker since starting my weight loss! From 282 (I think) on top to 244 on bottom. What do you guys think my before and after bodyfat percentages are? Still going strong.

I would have said approx 18%.

I'm 5'10 148 pounds. One thing I'm wondering about is above my navel but below my chest my fat kind of starts to sink in. Is this normal while trying to lose fat or do I need bigger ab muscles to fill that space?

Midway through my cut; currently at 6ft 1, 178.6lbs down from 193lbs. Want to get to around 10-12% bf, would getting down to around 170lbs get me there?
photo taken in natural light, with no downward lighting. 4 pack Abs pretty visible with downward lighting, bottom abs starting to come in (in good lighting).
also what is my current body fat?

I was surprising when I went from 240 to 190 lb and still cant see my abs. I'm probably about 10 lbs away now. I can bench 235 X 10.
I hate to be a downer but you'd have to think like another 60 lbs or something? you'd have to get your waste to 31 or so and you still look like you have a lot of fate under your skin throughout your body.
Keep at it! It is worth the ride!

I went to rippedbody.com/how-calculate-body-fat-percentage/
and I came up with 14% based in my 16" neck, height and waste. That site uses the Navy method which is crude. My Omron tester says 11.5% to 13% depending on what it spits out at day. Impedence testers are know to be wildly inaccurate and often too low. I know I am not 11.5% for sure!

I wouldn't worry about body fat percentage at this point if I were you. I was really out of shape about 4 yrs ago. Had a lot of weight to lose.

13.5 in arms. I wanna lose 8-15lbs max.
Im stronger than i look i can bench bw for 5 sets of 7, i can do 20 marine corp pullups, have 205lbs 1rm on bench, and do 3 sets of 5 pullups with 45lbs. I have good arm vascularity tho :^)

Your looking good no homer. I'd say 13-14 percenct. (Am i allowed to give numbers). Im even less of an expert than the other dude tho keep in mind. Heavy as **** and lean too. Also i got bacne as well. Tall ppl seem to always have dat. If i ever get big imma get accused of roids :(.

So over the past year I've managed to lose 120 pounds, I am at the moment 162 lbs, I am 5'9 and 17 years old ( just turned 17) However I still don't look good... Now i know i have loose skin but I'm guessing its mainly fat leftover and that the loose skin will look less bad when I get to lower body fat %. Anyway what I need is to know around what body fat percentage I am at currently... Remember I have loose skin so it might be tricky.. or maybe it isn't idk haha.
Also any tips on ANYTHING will be appreciated :)

Hello Everyone! Can i get an estimate on my Body fat? Im 176 cm and 66 kg. I'm looking like a skeleton, with big man boobs and big belly lower fat. Can't decide to start bulking or continue the cutting maybe i can get rid of my boobs. Also what do you think, do i have gynecomastia, or its just fat on my chest? ( Our House doktor at village dont even know what is gynecomastia, she said she never heard of it lol )
