what is my bf? i have 181cm and 84kg.
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum. As a skinny fat guy, I've been training for 2 months and I don't seem to be making much progress. I would really welcome your frank opinion on what you think my body fat percentage is.
I've tried callipers but can never get a consistent reading.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

5'11" 153.5lbs. BF% estimate? I'm aiming for 10% before I begin a long, slow bulk :]. Pics are relaxed and flexed. Current stat - squat: 235lbs, bench: 170lbs, deadlift: 320lbs

Anyone?
im 6' 195 lbs

I'd say about 13-14%. Tough to tell from 1 pic and not sure if you are flexing abs or not. Could be lower.
what is my bf? i have 181cm and 84kg.
Getting close to 15%. I'd say right on the edge around 16%. I see a lot of similarities to me. Huge back/traps, decent arms and shoulders, chest that is just a pain and wider hip bones. If it's any motivation when I hit about 12% I had striated traps, which was pretty cool the 1st time I saw it in a picture.
Pictures in bodyspace progress photo!
After a long cut, I've been attempting to slowly gain and now maingain.
I think I probably went from 15% leanest to 18% body fat.
I gained 7.1 lbs over 4 months. 158.7lbs to 165.8lbs. 5ft 9inch.
Should I try to build more muscle at the same weight? or try to get rid of some of the body fat?
Trying to add muscle is so much more confusing than simply losing weight, I don't want to be fat again but I also think I have a lot of room for muscle development.
Thanks dudes.

Your post cut you were probably around 17-ish%, now you're up around 20-21%.
I would cut again, and go lower than your previous cut, probably to 150-ish lbs. You have enough bodyfat on you to continue to fuel gains while eating in a small deficit and cutting weight.

LOL I hope you're working out at all if you're lifting in the nude...

Thanks a lot! This makes a lot more sense. I knew these BIA tests were hella inaccurate but they underreport bf% so much that it just started confusing me what direction to take. I'll try getting to 150 lbs again with that small deficit.

Can you all tell me what my current body fat percentage is and what percentage I was at originally when I started? I went from 255 lbs since April down to 203 with walking, home workout (push ups, pull ups, knee raises, crunches), and diet (using MFP with 500 calories reduction on little activity). My goal is to get to 10-15% body at and maingain. Thoughts?
Can’t find attachments in thread guess will add to profile. Thanks In advance for any feedback. Not flexing photos

Nice progress man. You're probably in the 21%ish zone right now, well over 30% when you started. Lose another 15-20 lbs and see where you're at.

Thanks I think I just want to get leaner down to 10-15% body fat. From 20 am I good just keep cutting for longer periods. I have been adding maintenance weeks ever so often for safety but would like to just get leaner while trying to minimize muscle loss or perhaps even gain/maintain strength

Went from 177 to 159 pounds (current weight) since August. Wondering what body fat I am? Starting bulking in 10-12% range.
Any opinions? Cheers.

I'd say you're just about there, in the 12-13% area right now. 5 more pounds could put you right in the middle of your range.

You could lose 3-5lbs more like Squid said, but ultimately up to you. As soon as you start adding in calories, you will fill out in a week and look much bigger. Cutting further might lead to binge eating and hormonal issues, so ultimately it is up to you, but if you continue to cut, be prepared for a mental battle.
I recommend you just switch over now and end the cut.

^^^^ This too. I wasn't implying that you *need* to cut any further, unless you really want to, but it will be a bit of a grind.
Bulk Or Cut? BF percentage? Physique advice?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Definitely focus on gaining... you don't have enough lean mass to cut

Yep, no question. You need to build.
20 5'11 182 lbs. Cutting now and wondering what my body fat percentage is. Would a goal weight of around 165-170 be good? Pics in profile gallery.

Probably just over 20%. How long have you been working out? If it's not very long I'd recommend just going with a more intense routine, something based around 5x5 compounds, at maint calories for 175-180lbs..
You are correct on weight in my opinion. About 15lbs. should take you into the 15% range. I just wouldn't do this with a drastic cut if I were you.
