Also, how important is fat macro in cutting?

Hey,
Could I get an estimate on this pic? I'd guess around 18% but I feel like the fat on my lower sides is still a bit high, is this estimate off by a lot?

Not by much if at all, somewhere 18-19%BF.

Around 25%BF.
You should cut at slowest possible pace and focus on lifting to progress on a proven beginner program.
Eating your minimum of ~0.45g/lb of lean body mass is enough.
What bodyfat % would i be at these 2 pictures?
Roughly, 15%BF and 20%BF from what I can see.
Mid May Results... I give myself 15 more days from today before deciding whether to commit 1 more month to cutting or begin my first lean bulk cycle. My goal bf% is 10%.

I'd say 11-12%BF.
New on the board, what is your estimate based on this picture.

Hey,
Just uploaded a current pic to my BodySpace, if someone could give a quick analysis, please?
5'8"
159 lbs
Looking to drop body fat before going on a clean bulk.
Would like to start bulking at around 12-13% BF.
Been cutting for nearly two months now.
Cheers!
Around 22%BF.
Hi all, would appreciate some guestimates.
I've attached a couple of pics from the other day, currently at 223lbs/101kg - 1.94m/6'4.
I'd say i'm in the high 20s, just want a few other opinions... just worried that I'll be really fkn skinny if I cut.
Thanks!
I'd say mid 20's... about 26%BF or less.

If you ask me, not below 25% yet. Just keep at it and be consistent with your diet/lifting.

I cant post pictures because i dont have enough posts yet but I'm fairly new to working out just want to get an estimate of my bf percentage so i know my starting point and where to go from here because i want to cut bodyfat and then lean bulk so any help would be appreciated

Thanks Tucane. How long do you think it would take to go down to 10 or even single digits? Beginning to think not worth the extra month when there's so much to gain by simply beginning the clean bulk... (perhaps even more definition to gain on second cut)

Hi,
Could I get an BF% estimate please? I've never bulked before but am keen to start so if anyone could also give me advice on how much more I should cut before I start a lean bulk I would really appreciate it.

Can't judge without pics.
You can though. Find the fattest spot on your body and grab a good chunk, measure the thickness and convert to millimeters. That mm value will be a rough estimate of your BF%.

What do you guys think? 16%?
6 feet (182cm) at 191lbs (86.5kg)
waist size about 32 inches
trying to get to 10% as of now, still unsure of a realistic time frame.

Something like 2-4 weeks per %-point depending on deficit size. So a cut until end of summer for guaranteed single digits... you will likely feel small but look bigger doing so:-) Can't say if it's worth it or not for you, personal preference applies.

In the 18-19%BF range. Keep cutting until you feel lean enough:-)

Around 15%BF. Could take 8-12 weeks if you're really effective in cutting and everything goes as planned... Im reality, propably slightly longer.

all right. I was thinking running a 750-1000 kcal deficit (my maintenance is very high) until 12%, then a smaller deficit until 10%, or do I risk losing too much mass like this?
