Could I get a body fat estimation? Went from 146 to 162 since September, and wanted a body fat estimation. I’m currently 6 foot 162 18 years old. Also any advice on if I should try to cut some fat before bulking again or should I just bulk, and any specific weight goal I should shoot for before cutting? Thanks pictures in my bodyspace

I am 6' and weigh 163, Ive done calipers just on my stomach which reads me at 14%, but then I did a calculator online measuring a few spots and it told me 11, but I don't think that one is true.
Im trying to get as lean as possible by end of July (I'd love for 10% but I dont think thats exactly possible) then I'll be starting a lean bulk to put on muscle mass and maintain as low a body fat percentage as possible.

About 13% I'd lean bulk and would try to get to at least 180lbs.

New to the forum, any feedback on whether to bulk or cut is appreciated.

Great thread, but keep in mind it is very unlikely that any of us will ever know our exact body fat percentage. Even if you have access to and the money necessary to get a DECA or DEXA scan, even those methods are not 100% accurate (although about as close as one can get). Generally speaking, testing for body fat is all relative. For example, using a caliper is never going to be an accurate method for knowing exact body fat, but it can most certainly be an excellent tool in terms of measuring progress. Use ways of measuring body fat as a progress tool, not an end all be all:)

About 17%. I think you'll be fine if you cut. Just stop when you think you're too skinny.

I cut down from 186 to 166lbs and am depleted af. How much more does it look like I need to lose to get to around 15%? My guess is right now im at 25%. First two pics are from this morning and the last 2 are after a workout.My lifetime goal is to get to 165-170lbs at around 15%.

I'd say about 22%. You'll have to get to 145-150 to get to 15%.

22-23% I would slowly cut. You don't weigh a lot, but your bf is too high to bulk right now.

I am 5"5, 138 punds (62.6 kg), my waist is about 29-29.5 inches.
Would like to hear your opinion for how long to continue cutting.
