I have two sets: day 0 and day 30. I don't know if the estimates will be sufficiently accurate not to overlap.
30 years old, 174 cm (5'9").
Day 0 weight: 104.7 kg (231 lbs)
Day 30 weight: 96.5 kg (213 lbs)

Can anyone please give me a bodyfat estimate? The pictures are in my bodyspace.
I had undergone a 55 lb. weight loss over the past years, with no proper diet and improper training. Sometimes i was eating once a day or not eating at all. when i look back now it was stupid to do so.
Well, now I have low muscular definition and not much of fat but i am stuck with lower back fat.
However, I have been eating proper and training regularly for the past 1 YEAR now but not much of progress
Can someone tell me what's my BODYFAT PERCENTAGE APPROX ?????

I would say close to 23%.

Thanks brah! I'm currently cutting but it feels very hard, eating 1800kcals and 200g protein daily.
What is your opinion about my weak spots? Should I focus some muscle groups more to get a symmetrical/balanced body?

Been cutting but with newbie gains, want to know when I can finally indulge in some pizzas

Personal I would cut and once you are leaner review the situation. You can add a small amount of muscle whilst cutting if the caloric deficit isn't too high and you are still progressing at the gym. You look like you have decent mass so best to reveal it with plenty of time spare.
BF% = 25-26%

I wouldn't focus too much on weak spots until you have completed a cut to reveal the mass you have. You seem pretty balanced I would either keep progressing as you are in the gym bulking or complete a cut and review of course that choice is yours.
24 y/o 5'10 and 166lbs
12% would be my guess possible tad less depends on unflex image
6’1 down from 245ish to 168 right now. Pictures in body space. BF% thoughts? Cut more or bulk?

About 12%. I would start bulking. Aim to gain around 1-2lbs a month
hey
im 167cm and 114kg can i have an estimation?
im tryna lose some weight cos im a bit on the heavier side and hopefully build some muscle as well (i have hardly any right now)
would be good to have an estimate to see how far i actually have to go lol
Hey everyone,
Just finished a quick little cut to what is (I believe) ~12% body fat, thoughts on that estimate? 5’6 and 130, 24 years old. Took a picture yesterday at end of cut so please take a look at my bodyspace for that.
Also, if anyone can offer some thoughts... my hips/obliques have a weird shape to them as shown in the picture, can anyone offer an idea as to whether it’s fat that gives them that weird round appearance at my hips or is it me needing to add some size(muscle) to my obliques/mid-lower back?
Thanks in advance everyone, interested to see what everyone’s thoughts are.
5'8, 76.4kg. Goal is to drop down to 68kg or 12% bf (whichever comes first) then bulk for another year. Pic is semi flexed.

Yep 12% sounds about right. It will most likely be some small store of fat combined with the hip anatomy as the pelvic bones ilium (the wing looking part) is rounded therefore your body structure will follow this structure, its completely normal. I wouldn't concern yourself its just one of those places males hold the last level of bf% generally get below 10% would remove them but its a general pointless endeavour vs the compromise to overall physique.

Hello.
I’m wondering if anyone can help me figure out what range body fat I am at.
I am 24 years old, 1.74cm (5 feet 8.5) , 59 kg (130 pounds)
I know I’m lean, I have a really hard time getting enough food to grow, just wondering were I am at when it comes to body fat percentage.
I am not able to post links so please check my gallery :)
Thank you very much

And i have returned for the 3th time here oops...

Lift's
Squat: 85 kg 5x to 97.5 kg 4x
Deadlift :112.5 kg 6x to 117.5 kg 5x
Bench 72.5 kg 4x to 77.5 kg 4x
Is there any visible difference? and what would my bf% be for both? iknow it's only a month so won't be much change if any at all.
If anyone is wondering why i'm cutting, i wasn't exactly satisfied with how i looked even tho most people told me it's better to bulk at my age and this weight/bf
I was told I was around 20% before. Since then I’ve lost around 8lbs. Can I get an updated estimate please? Pictures in bodyspace
Hello all, I was curious what everyone thinks my body fat % is currently at? Haven't worked out for 9 months but I'm going back tomorrow, need some help deciding weather to start off cutting or bulking.
Pictures are on my profike due to not yet being able to post links :)

Still around the same based on the images but as its only a frontal pic the body fat loss could have occurred in other parts but I would say still around 20%

Start at maintenance calories or just over and weight train with adequate protein. With no training for 9 months you need to become trained instead of untrained. Therefore I wouldn't cut.
Around 16%

17% of near enough.
Hey could I get a body fat estimate? These pictures are post-workout. I'm guessing around 25-30%? Seems to match what I see on charts and online calculators put me in that range. Just curious since I want a better idea of how much weight I will need to lose in order to reach ~12% BF. I am 205 lbs in these pics.
