Weight loss is not easy but can be done!
Can somebody help out or redirect me to another forum. Much appreciated
Hello everyone.
Abdullah - 26 y/o - 5 ft 10 - 202 lbs (in pic)
I started my cut on July 1st, by consuming 2500 calories each day and having between 180-190 grams of protein. I started with 30 mins of cardio a day nothing crazy just a simple walk, and I'm gradually increasing it as the weeks go by not for weight loss purposes only but I find myself enjoying it. I intermit fast (16:8) and lift 4-5 times a week and move around on my off days to stay active. I break my fast after my workouts and do my cardio after my work shift. So far I have lost 13lbs which mostly looks like water weight as I dropped 7lbs after only one week.
Anyways, I would like to know my bodyfat percentage from the starting weight and what weight should I aim for to reach 15%. I'm hoping I can accomplish that within the end of this year and reassess next year to reach an even lower bodyfat percentage.

You are looking between 10-11 %. Anything below that would be hard to maintain. First of all you look great. Bulking would be the option ONLY! if you aren’t totally satisfied with your muscle mass. Or another option would be “Maingaining” a term used by greg doucette to minimize fat gain.
What you think my body fat % is? Could it be at 13-14%? And what do you guys think, should I continue on cutting or start bulking already? Thx!
Kind of hard to tell. Pics too blurry. Maybe take a front shot & a side shot on self timer.

Any update?
Will update in a month or two for a follow up on progress. Thanks!
Edit, I bought some bodybuilding signature pre workout on a recent sale, oh my god the flavor is awful. Regret.
My little bs scale at home says I’m 155lbs and 18.3% body fat, it has those 2 little sensors. I know they aren’t that accurate will also look to see those numbers go down too.
I seem to care a lot of my body fat in my love handles. Is that always last to go and would i have to go under %15 to get rid of it?

where it comes off last depends on your genetics, i know i have to get down to 11-12% to get rid of my lower belly fat and love handles

Darn, I was hoping to only get to around 15%, not even sure I can get to 11% but have a feeling you're right and I would have to get to around there to lose love handles. Currently 190, theoretically, do you think I can hit under 15% at 160?

Might need to get to 150ish or so.
We always underestimate how fat we really are and overestimate the muscle mass we have.

Damn 150 is so small😢. Was always skinny growing up and kind of afraid to go that low. 160 at 15%, losing 30, 22 of that hoping it would be fat. After the initial water loss. I would suspect I don't have much more to lose.
I can use some else’s opinion.

We share similar height. I’m planning on 15% bf too, at my lowest I was 18% at 177 lbs. so rn Im aiming for 170 lbs I’d say you should be 170lbs too to be 15%. 150 is ridiculous for someone 5ft11.

Hey guys,
So it's been a while. I took a big hiatus from lifting but now getting back to it after a few life events. I'll be bulking for a while, but wanted to get a current BF% estimate if anyone would be willing to do the honors?
Pics attached.
Hey there.
My goal is to reach 10% bf and lean bulk/maingain.
I don’t care about becoming a mass monster, I just want to look great, I’d be ok with 70/75kg at 10%
What do you think my current body fat looks like?
Unfortunately The pics\vids have been taken after a 2 weeks stop due to gym closing + summer vacation.

If you're flexing in those pictures, you're going to have to get under 175 lbs
Good work, keep going

Bump bump.
Bump bump.
hard to say when you're covering your abs and the hair masks quite a bit of definition, but welcome back!

Eh true. I'm a hairy mess right now lmao. Abs are still semi-visible. Loose skins from massive weight loss back in the day. I'll return with more pics sooner or later - not too worried about it.
I appreciate it man. Long time no see.

146 pounds, 5ft 5.
Been cutting for a good part of this year so far, and curious to know where people would estimate me at.
Thanks

Gotcha - appreciate that read. It was flexed and with a bit of a pump so I'll add 2 percent to that and go with 12 :D Just wanted a rough estimate.
