5'11'', currently 175 lbs, down from about 230 lbs last year. Waist measures about 29.5 inches at the navel. All pictures taken relaxed. Have been thinking 19% but uneven fat distribution so I think it's hard to judge (paging Adam's laser eyes).

Was literally thinking the same thing about the fat distribution..
I actually would guess closer to 17.5% or 18 max because your back, arms, and chest look leaner to me.

Thanks! Your estimate made me very happy, and makes a lot of sense (almost every time the scale changes these days I notice some visual difference in the mirror). Legs are also quite lean (I can see my quads when standing relaxed and some separation when I flex them).
The fat distribution is annoying as hell and probably rules out "bear mode" as a possible look for me to aim for. I was watching a form video I made the other day and my first thought was "wow, I am starting to look really lean", until I turned around in the video and I thought "...that's a dad bod".

The thing is tho, you seem to have a narrow waist, so even tho your abs don’t ‘pop’ right now you have a good v-taper which makes higher BF levels less noticeable.

I agree with Adam's estimate and yea that's a very interesting fat distribution pattern. It definitely rules out "bear mode" with being predisposed to that upper abdominal fat but your back looks quite lean & you do have a very solid V-taper even at that size, which is probably the most important part of an "aesthetic" physique imho. Still, I'm thinking 17.5 or maybe even as low as just 17% overall.

Yeah that's true. Thanks again!
I guess I can always walk around at the beach like this:

I agree, it is the feature I am most pleased with. Shoulder/waist ratio is already very close to 1.6 and my waist size will probably need to drop to 28 inches in order for abs to pop. I need to start practicing that Zoidberg pose.
Whats up guys, I'm new to the site, could you help me out giving an estimation about my body fat % ? pictures in my bodyspace or whatever is called (sorry if image quality is not very high, let me know if that cheap phone just won't make it)
A bit more about me:
Age: 36
Height: 5' 7"
Current weight: 170 lbs
I have been obese most of my life so I started cutting 6 months ago, I have lost about 50 pounds so far. I guess I still have to lose about 15 pounds more before I'm lean however I don't want to go too low because I'm also very lacking in terms of muscle so I want to lean bulk a bit once I'm somewhere between 15%-18% body fat, thanks a lot.

Totally.. he could very well be 17%.
I know for my part, even though I still think i'm about 10-11% max, when I don't flex my abs, I just don't have deep insertions so my stomach is almost flat/smooth.
But as soon as I flex or tense, you see all my abs... some people have abs while sitting down and hunching over because their insertions are just super super deep in.
So in fact, he may have more definition than I can even see there.

Very low quality pictures so it's hard to even guess..
You're over 20% and probably closer to 25%... but again, need better photos.

Added a couple flexed. Some ab outline can be seen from the side, but very little from the front..

I still think around 17.5% is likely... could be slightly less or more I suppose but I think it's just how you hold weight.

Thanks for your response, thats what I feared. No problem anyway, I'll try to buy a new phone in the upcoming days so we can try again in a week or so!
Still thanks for trying to help
Height: 5ft 11 (180 cm)
Weight: 172 lbs (78.5 kg)
I measured the percentage of body fat on a xiaomi bioimpedance scale and it showed 22.5%. I also measured the fat on the inBody scale and it showed 16%. Where is the truth?
6'.5", 189lb
Calipers show that my BF% has been steadily declining, but I know not to trust the absolute accuracy of my readings.

Thanks for your time!

Looks closer to 16-17% to me... your flexed shots show a decent amount of definition.

About 23%
Hey All,
Stats: 5ft 9.5in 169lbs
I recently posted on this forum exactly two months ago to get estimates, and I was pegged at 12-14%. My goal was to get to a no question 10%. I have dropped 8 more lbs in the last two months and was wondering if I could get another pair of eyes on my photos in my gallery to see if I'm there yet. I have been cutting since March of 2020, so well over a year, and I am down from 207 lbs.
Thank you!

That’s pretty much textbook 10% bodyfat to me.
Looking great dude... nicely done
Thank you Adam.
I realized those pictures made me look softer than is accurate. I have added some different shots with better lighting if you or someone else wouldn't mind reassessing. Unfortunately I did lose some lean body mass since this morning. 8-D

Hahaha!
Well honestly, your midsection to me still looks around that 23% area, but your arms/shoulders and upper back look much leaner, like in the upper-teens... in your case I think it’s just a matter of uneven bodyfat distribution.
Much appreciated. My body does hang onto the stomach fat and love handles for dear life. You guys here are great for motivation though. Getting a little closer to goal every day.

Don’t notice a lot of difference from when I was given ~15% body fat about a month ago, but wanted to have check and pics in my profile and see if there were any changes. Lifting weight and trying to cut. Plan to stop between 10-12% and start Lena bulking. Just trying to be a bit more cautious as I move lower.

Weight 196-197 lbs
Age 33
Thanks

The lower abs do look a little thinner to me/drier... I'd say you're closer to 13% or so right now... maybe 14% at the most

Thanks for the feedback.
Pretty close to my goal now want to try and get maybe as close to 10% as possible, as my understanding is that that is about the low end of where you should go as a natty. Need to start planning on the coming months where to go from there. Nice back in your avi by the way.

Thanks man!
Generally 10% is a good low threshold for most people because going lower than that you'll likely feel pretty crappy if you try and sustain it, and gaining strength and muscle get's hard if you cut below it. Plus, really, it's not going to help you in terms of appearance to almost anyone.
