Ive been cutting for a bit over a year now i was 107kg when i started and wondering if its time to bulk yet. By using accumeasure skin caliper test im 9.5% but feel a bit bigger than that sometimes because of my loose skin (or maybe it's fat, not sure) but then get told im too skinny and to stop loosing weight so maybe im about right at 9.5% thanks.

Was wondering if someone could estimate my bf and what I should do, continue cutting? Bulk (it would be clean) I’m 6ft 1 and 177lbs, I would of thought I’d look a lot less fat with more visible abs at this weight.

Also, I have been going gym for 3 and a half months.
I started with no muscle at all.

Some background for y’all so around a year ago I moved from SF to the Southern California for a rehabilitation program, I was around 185 when I entered and it was not damn sure not muscle. I started running hiit daily and lost 40 pounds within 6 months. It’s been 6 months since and I’ve lost noticeably more weight but I’m pretty done with cutting and want to start gaining weight and muscle but I want to know my body fat % so I can gauge how much I can gain without going overboard.
TL;DR
I was fat now I’m skinny and trying to gain muscle/look ripped
Any estimate will be appreciated.

16-17%. I'd cut a few more pounds and then lean bulk.

hi, short intro: I lost about 110kg of weight from ~200 to 87kg, now obviously I still have fat hanging down especially in chest and stomach areas. However I am curious if someone wants to try and guess my bodyfat, because I am completely lost :D so my stats are: 87kg, 190cm, 95 cm waist, and 38.5 cm neck circumference. As for workout I am doing upper/lower calisthenics progression 3-4 times a week and some hiit every now and then for fun.

Damn! Thats an amazing progress man. I think this is the biggest I've seen losing 242 lbs? How long do you have to do that? Really amazing!
About the bf%, its hard to say due to the loose skin but you are certainly in the teens now probably between 17-19%. Are you planning to have those loose skins removed?

took me 4 years with 3 years of deficit, as of yet I do not plan to remove the skin unless it starts to hinder my ability to excercise because it is not as annoying to me as I initially thought.
I guessed slightly over 20% bodyfat so I was actually pretty close, cool.
I'd guess high teens as well. Fantastic job.
