Thanks!
Hi all, would appreciate some guestimates.
I've attached a couple of pics from the other day, currently at 223lbs/101kg - 1.94m/6'4.
I'd say i'm in the high 20s, just want a few other opinions... just worried that I'll be really fkn skinny if I cut.
Thanks!
Hey,
Just uploaded a current pic to my BodySpace, if someone could give a quick analysis, please?
5'8"
159 lbs
Looking to drop body fat before going on a clean bulk.
Would like to start bulking at around 12-13% BF.
Been cutting for nearly two months now.
Cheers!
Hello!
I think it's around 14%, wanted some estimates as I plan to cut soon.
Multiple opinions welcome, thanks!
Height; 183cm and weight 75kg
Age; 20 this year.
19, 6 - 6'1, 95kg/209lbs, arms 16''
Picture isn't ideal but it's the only one I've taken in the last month
some people have been saying 14% bf, my goal is 12%, what would some other people on here say? my arms are vascular ect, all my fat is on my legs, handles little on butt and stomach, thats where i hold fat so i thought i would link pic of those
New on the board, what is your estimate based on this picture.
I got two professional tests done, both very different (one with pliers, one with a scale) to see how I was doing. The scale said I was 10.9% body fat while the pliers said I was 10.4% body fat. Looking at my physique, I think I'm not even close to those numbers, but it's so strange how both tests were so similar.
In fact, I was only planning on getting the scale test done, but couldn't believe I was 10.9 so I had to get another one. What do you guys think? Am I really around that percentage? If not, what happened with the tests? Both got done at different places with professionals.
Tl;dr: Got 2 tests done saying I'm around 10.5% body fat, don't look like it? What went wrong? What percentage am I at approximately?
Stats: 177cm (5'9.5''), 73kg (161lbs)
I am 177cm and 75kgs (166lbs)
I have been told im 15% bf but looking to get more opinions on this.
I would like to get down to 12% or just burn my lower region more.
I am on a ketogenic diet at the moment while carb loading on weekends.
I work out 3 -4 days a week and do legs at least twice a week, each day with different rep ranges and on the opposite ends of the week.
Would like to get more information on how I can cut down and if I should remove the carb load on the weekends for now?
Thanks
Mid May Results... I give myself 15 more days from today before deciding whether to commit 1 more month to cutting or begin my first lean bulk cycle. My goal bf% is 10%.
Height: 5'9
Weight: ~143-144

16-17%
5'11 170 lbs. Looking to get between 10-12% bf to start a bulk. Looking to gain a lot more size before cutting again. Thoughts on current bf%?
curious about my BF%. I'm 5'9 and weight 206-207ish atm. i was originally 260 beginning of year. I know I have a long way to go, but I'm still curious. my pant size is 36 (sometimes tight 34) inches. I generally wear large-xlarge shirts. Also, if possible, let me know what weight i should go to to have a 6 pack/be around 10%bf. and please let me know at what bodyfat my moob's will go away (or get considerably smaller)
if it helps, my current lifts are: bench 200 for 3 reps, squat 245 for 5 reps, deadlift 355 for 5 reps, overhead press 135 for 5 rep. Please be as accurate and specific as possible. Last time I asked, I was told that I was anywhere from 26-30%. Old pics are on the first page of the thread.

This angle man... -_-
Your bf is like 20-22%
sorry, for some reason, I couldn't upload the front view pic that i had taken. idk y. i have a front view pic on the first page of the thread, and it looks somwhat similar to what I look like now.
Also, r u sure Im 20-22%? I feel like I'm more. Could you also possibly answer my questions on the post you replied to (regarding moobs and 10%bf)

I'd say more like 25%. Don't know exactly when you'll get to 10%, but a rough guess is around 170.
would u say 25% max or min?
would u say 25% max or min?
At least.

Also somewhat hard to tell what with the angles and such. Why not just take 1 normal / 1 flexed regular lighting"?
To answer your question regarding fat - You need to eat at a calorie deficit, and I think clean up the quality of the food, too. Aim for nutrient rich grains, fibers, lean meats, healthy unsaturated fats. That kind of food is going to clean up your body comp. The deficit and your weight training will help with the fat burn, I'd also throw in some HIIT to speed things along.

depending on how much time you have you could just bump your calories by 500-800 and clean bulk. That way you can put on muscle with minimal fat.
Good luck and all the best!
I've been on a deficit, did u read my post lol? I was 260lb in the beginning of the year and Ive lost over 50lb. If u wanna see a normal front view, just look on the first page of the thread. Plus, u said I'm 20-22 but the other guy said I'm at least 25%. Idk who is more accurate. Can someone else also judge?

I'm just stating the conditions by which a person in general loses fat. If you are doing all of those things, then you're good to go and will lose fat.
Also curious as to why you'd want an assessment of your bf % from march (beginning of thread) when it is may right now?
Tbh, I was just curious at what BF% i was around atm. I was 234 in the beginning of this thread in March. Now I'm almost 30 pounds lighter. Sure I could have done the math, but I doubt I lost only Fat (may have lost a tiny bit of muscle bcuz i was injured and thus couldn't work upperbody for 1.5 months)

Ah okay. Well based on the front page shot I put you more into the 25% range. I kind of gave you benefit of the doubt because of the side angle shot. I mean, either way just keep working at it man and you'll be well on your way to whatever your fat loss goal is. I wouldn't get hung up over your bf % until much later, provided you just stay on your deficit, keep eating hard, proper nutrition etc. etc. etc. good luck
What bodyfat % would i be at these 2 pictures?
