Just completed a 7 month bulk. started at 193 and ended up at 217. Height is 6' 1".
Starting my cut this week and wanted an idea where BF was at. Was hoping to only cut 2-3 months
and could i also get an estimate from my profile picture?

I lost 20kg, after long time taking corticosteroids due to surgery. I'm now 1.74m (5'7") and 76.4kg (168lbs).
Goal: around 10-12% body fat and then bulk.
Can anyone suggest on what level am I?

I'd say 21-22%. IMO, you can be done in 2-3 months if you lose about 2lbs/week (assuming you want to get down to 10-12%bf).

I'd say 18-20%

@Tucane,
I'd also love to know your thoughts on how to get a shredded look after bulking a little from a cut-first approach. Right now, I'm pretty lean as you saw but have a little left. It's tough to tell whether I can get leaner and really get that super shredded look, or whether that look is actually too difficult to get without having built any additional mass, and I should start bulking some to get the shredded look. Do you think just pushing for the 8-10% super shredded look into a bulk first is optimal, or accept that maybe that shredded look might not come given I haven't bulked, and bulk some now to "fill out" and get that look?
From your current ≈30%BF and ≈250lbs it's reasonable for you to be 220-230lbs @20%BF and subsequently 200-210lbs at 12%BF and finally 190 lbs in competition shape aka 5%BF. This is based on your height, assuming you are at genetic maximum in terms of muscle (FFMI 25), while obviously assuming you are a lifetime natural athlete.
It might take around 6 months to 15%BF, with a consistent approach and a chronic deficit.
Thanks man!
Pretty hard to address. I'll leave it to someone else more experienced to help you out.
Reason being that at your height, being 12% @ 215 lbs seems very unlikely, and the same goes for 15% @ 230 lbs. It is also difficult to estimate how much someone will weigh at a certain bf %, due to water weight and loss of lean mass. All you need to do at this point is decide whether to cut, bulk, or maintain. Trying to figure out a final goal weight etc., is very difficult and more or less pointless.
Tucane or Tigerzen can probably provide better insight.
Good luck.
Thanks man!
This pic was from a few years ago. I was ~215 at the time. Trying to get back to this but with a little more mass.

Is it unreasonable to post a picture to estimate my body fat once a week during my weigh in days? If so I will abstain for a few more weeks. Thanks all!

I'd recommend doing it once per month, as weekly change tends to be marginal. Also IMO it's only really useful to measure your progress by % once you feel you've hit a plateau or milestone // need a read on how much might be left to go, rather than just to construct a positive feedback loop on whether you're making progress or not. You'll see it yourself after 2 week vs 1 month picture comparisons.

Seems reasonable. I'll hold off till I hit my next milestone

Estimate
Hi really want to get down to 15% then go from there have been in a caloric deficit since May last year (periods of off months due to old weed smoking habit causing binge eating) started at 107kg
Currently sitting at 87kg and I am 6ft
eating 2300 calories split up onto
201g carbs
64g fat
230g protein
How long will it take for me to drop to 15% if I am doing strength training three times a week with interval sprints on rest days?
Thank you

Posted here a few weeks ago, curious to see opinions on the progress of my cut. My bf was estimated at 18% then. I've lost nearly 3 kg (nearly 7 lb) in this time.
I'm 192 cm (6'3.5"), 95 kg (210 lb), 35" waist, 16" bicep cold flexed, 13" forearm with wrist a little over 7". Wide hips show a measurement of 42" which makes me look worse/fatter (as well as all the excess body fat..)
Thanks for any feedback. I'm hoping I'm closer to 15% now, maybe 16 - 16.5? Haven't worked out yet today and yesterday was a rest day so zero pump.
PS: Would you say I have high or low lat insertions?

Tough to say given that it seems like you're tensing, but I would put you down at like 16-17, potentially even 18 with a lot of muscle mass to tighten it up.

I've lost 30#s in 4 months with an end goal of 10%bf then a clean bulk. I feel puny and weak. I had estimated my 10% bf weight around 170# I'm currently 175# 6' tall 31yo 33.2" waist. Not sure how much further I can go to reach that 10%. I estimate current bf% around 13-14??? Still no abs though. What y'all think?
Pics on bodyspace
I'm eating 2000-2300 cals daily and lifting heavy compound hst program every other day with minimal lisst cardio yet almost half the weight I lose seems to be muscle mass. Could be my measuring methods(navy, JP 3pt caliper, and bf scale)????

You can obviously get really shredded, just diet down further. It's a rough road down to 8%BF and only you can decide if it's worth the trouble. It depends on your preferences regarding LBM amounts and if you're ok with feeling small (I currently do myself) If not, you should bulk to add mass.

Hi all, just had my third monthly weigh in in my cut. Now down to 88.8kg at 192cm tall. Target is single digits then start another bulk. Can anyone give me an estimate as to where i'm at? Thank you
If it matters, picture is tensed but had only just woken up so no pump at all.

If someone could please estimate my bodyfat, My pic is up in body space, username Ryan8501, make sure it says 5/3 on it as I have a few others from back last year. I'd appreciate it.

Hello guys!
I need your help with my estimate please.
Weight: 165lb of water and fat
Height: 5'9
I would say I'm at 20% BF? Should I continue my cut before gaining some muscle or is it a bad idea?
Thanks!
