Whats my bodyfat % now and from before
So I am 5'10 and I currently weight 230 pounds.
My lifts are 225 bench 8 reps then drop to 205 for 10 ( however I usaully start at incline so i lose some energy and I can do 225 incline bench 8 reps also, so maybe I can do more dunno didnt check)
325 squat for 10 3 sets
295 dead-lift for 7 3 sets ( the bar keeps slipping from my hand after that)
the first 4 pictures are of me now ( I took 3 months of the gym but those are my same lifts as i checked yesterday)
the next 2 are me at 173 with little to no gym experience (2 months of cardio) about a year before now
So what was my bodyfat then and my bodyfat now. Want to know where to stop my cut when I start it this week
