I'm 33, 5'10" and 240 pounds now, started diet at 463, been weight lifting for 2 months. I used to lift weights years ago but it was on and off for maybe a couple months at most due to work conditions. body measurements give me 32% BF and inbody devices give me 16-18% which I know is rubbish. problem is my fat is now really squishy and saggy and i can move the skin at any point in midsection 4 or 5 inches in any direction and i don't know if it affects measurements or not.

Maybe 22-25% Hard to tell with so much loose skin. Congrats on the weight loss.

Thanks, I know the problem is loose skin which is why I tried the inbody device but it gave bogus numbers.

Hey there,
I'm 6'4 and currently weigh 152 pounds and my last BF% estimate was given by @Tucane to be about 10%.
I want to know what I have to do to get legs like Cristiano Ronaldo's (i2.wp.com/outalpha.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/cristiano-ronaldo-legs-e1437156280472-300x261.jpg?resize=300%2C261)(just copy paste this link in browser I didn't post link as I had low post count and I don't wanna trash talk to increase my post count) or how much fat I need to lose to have calves and lower legs like these? The man in the image is Cristiano Ronaldo.
You can check my legs in my body space
The main goal here is to have good looking calves (I know my calves need training) but very thin/lean lower legs.
As you can see my legs gradually get thinner as we down my calves but Ronaldo has quite wide calves but they quickly disappear and then his legs get ultra lean whereas mine stay quite bulky even at the thinnest point.
Thanks in advance.

Hey guys. Been lurking this forum since I started working out 2 months ago. I’d really appreciate it if you could look at my BodySpace Progress Pictures to estimate my body fat % (flexing in 1 pic, the other 3 I'm not). I was starting to cut earlier this week so I could lose some body fat, specifically around my belly so I could have my abs show more, and because I’d rather do it before bulking. But anyway, my stats (yes, I know I’m scrawny, I’m trying to fix that):
Age: 22
Height: 5’ 7.5”
Weight: 120 lbs.
Thank you ahead of time for anyone willing to help me with an estimate.

Hey, i have been weight lifting for 7 months, and prior to that i lost about 65kg (150 pounds ),and im rlly interested to know my body weight. I am 193 cm (6"4) and 92 kg (about 200 pounds). But i have some loose skin (with a small amount of fat under it ofcourse) especially on my belly and chest. Pictures are in my gallery on my profile picture!

About 12% No reason to cut. You need more muscle to have good abs. Cutting will just make you scrawnier.

Thank you very much. I didn't realize it would be that low, I guess it would be better to start bulking up then. I don't want to start putting on a lot of fat but I know I'll have to eat with a decent caloric surplus in order to gain a sufficient amount of muscle. I will start looking around some more threads and stickies to learn more about bulking. But do you think around a surplus of 500 calories would be a good place to start, for not putting on too much fat?

You have a good foundation. I suggest starting with a lean bulk. Find your maintenance level and then add about 200 cals. After a while you can up the cals a bit until you think you are gaining more fat than muscle. Then back off.

I'd aim for around 250 calories. At the beginning, you'll gain faster from water weight/increased glycogen stores, but after the first month or so, you want to gain around 2lbs/month. At that pace, you should be able to bulk for about a year without putting on too much fat.

Looking for a guestimate
Hey! Long time lurker, first post!
I am 28, 1.79 cm and started in the beginning of June. I stopped immediately alcohol, chips, pizza and all those crap on the first day and have not touched any of those even when i go out with my friends for the last 4 months. I feel incredible. In any case, I was never fat, but after some ****ty lifestyle with my ex i was not happy with my body. I was about 78 kg (sorry got only the EU measures) with no muscle or any visible abs.
Since then I lost 8 kg to 70 kg in the 1st of October and decided not to go lower in weight for now as i would look like a stick. I think i am experiencing newbie gains since i am up to 71.7 today and it is my first real weight lifting period.
I really suck at taking pictures or finding good light (plus i m a little shy about it), but is there anyone that could give me a guestimate of my bf % from this side pic? Not flexing, i can perfectly see the top and mid abs on my chest and recently the outline of the six began to show.
Thanks, sorry long post, was my first!

Could someone estimate my bodyfat? I've been going to the gym for about 3 months now. Not too consistent, but I've managed to get myself back in there after skipping few times. I've been bulking and have gained 22 lbs. I want to start cutting in January, so I would like to know if to just stop bulking and try maintaining my bodyweight or perhaps just cut back on calories just a little.
The pictures are in my bodyspace and yes, I'm flexing in them.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Two more things. Anyone have any idea if my top two upper abs are non-existent because of high body fat or my protruding rib cage? I can't get them to pop at all, feelsterribleman. Also, would it be worth it to keep cutting or move to a lean bulk? Trying to maintain at least some level of leanness but I also understand that I don't have a whole lot of mass to work with.

I'd say about 14%. Your upper abs aren't popping because they're underdeveloped. To have good abs, you must have enough muscle AND low enough body fat.
I'd lean bulk and then cut back down.
