Can anyone give me and estimate on current bodyfat? And if possible an estimate on how much i need to lose to get rid of these dreaded love handles? Lol

About 25%. I could cut to about 195.

About 12% You could start bulking now if you want. Else, cut another 5lbs first.

Thanks for replying. Would I benefit more from cutting further or would a bulk be a better use of time at this point?
I'm 18 years old with at around 69 kg(152 lb) of bodyweight
My scale calculates me to be at around 15% bf. I have no idea if this is accurate or not.
My pictures are in my bodyspace under the "gallery" section.
Should I cut or bulk ?

15-16% You could do either. If you bulk, I would keep the weight gain slow, 1-2lbs/month, so that you don't put on too much fat too quickly.

11-12% You get shredded by a) being lean and b) having enough muscle. I wouldn't cut in your case as you're already at a light weight and will end up looking skinny vs. looking shredded. Instead, I would lean bulk for 6+ months, so that when you cut back down you have more muscle to show for it. YMMV.

Holy **** seriously? My abs still aren’t showing which is weird. I’ve been training my abs pretty hard for over a year too
Hey guys,
This is my first time posting here so I apologize if this is in the wrong thread or I'm replying incorrectly.
I can't post links since I'm not at 50 posts but I'd really appreciate it if someone could look at my BodySpace profile and give me an idea of what you think my current body fat % is and any tips you might have for me to become more symmetrical. I'll add a picture of the InBody test results as well, I'm aware that they're not supposed to be 100% accurate but I figure if I use it in similar conditions each time I can at least track if my bf% is going up or down, even though the actual number is most likely lower than my bf% is in reality.
I'm 23, 5' 10", and weigh 175 lbs. Thanks a lot for letting me know what you guys think, I really appreciate it.

You don't have enough muscle yet. That's why your abs aren't showing. I would lean bulk for 6+ months and then cut back down.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I use this machine at my gym that does electrical impulses to check your body fat % levels and I've always been told it's pretty inaccurate but apparently it's not too far off! Happy lifting!

About 14% You could go either way. I'd probably take off another 5lbs, so you have room to bulk for a longer period of time.
Hi Guys,
Looking for a body fat estimation, currently 186lbs and Navy body fat puts me at 15-16%.
Also any advice whether I have enough LBM to continue my cut to 10% and look decent at the end my cut would also be appreciated.
Thanks!

16% sounds about right. You can cut to 10%. You'll look good with a shirt off but may look too thin for your liking with a shirt on. That's normal.

For most guys, ab fat is the last to go. It's typical to have to cut a few more kg than anticipated. Will look solid in a shirt.

About 15% Would need to cut 10+lbs to get to 10%. Not sure how well defined your abs will look though. IMO, you need more muscle to get good ab definition.
The picture I posted has very bad lighting. I’ve been lifting for over a year and I’ve been doing ab exercises everyday (crunches and reverse crunches, 5 sets of 25 reps). I’m just not sure what I’m doing wrong, I try to eat 1g of protein per pound.

Currently 5'10 and around 178 lbs, aiming for around 160 by the end of April. I think I am over 20% currently but any other guesses are greatly appreciated
Hi everyone! I'm 22 years old, and I've been training consistently for about 3 1/2 years, maybe 4. I was 310lbs before I started this fitness journey, dropped all the way down to 175lbs, and over the past 2 years, I've been trying to put on muscle and now I am 235lbs as of this morning. I will post pictures of all three "stages", but what I'm really wondering is what my body fat percentage is now, because I want to start cutting and a baseline would be nice. I'm guessing I am at 18% body fat but I could be wrong. Thank you everyone for the help!

14-16%, really? In the right lighting, you can see the top 4 abs well, but in not so good lighting, the outline is faint.
In the right lighting, you can see the top 4 abs well, but in not so good lighting, the outline is faint.
That's usually around 14-16% body fat. It does vary, though.
If you take a guy with a lot of LBM, JJ Watt for example, he could have a 4 pack at 18-20% bf.
Im 6'5, 282 right now. I have lost over 100 pounds a couple years back, and have lost 30 pounds recently. I play college ball right, and my goal is to be 18% body fat. Hi there!
I published some new photos of my body on my body space. I am trying to work very hard, I am trying to est well.
Anyway it seems I have no muscle!
I really appreciate a new body fat estimation of my body now and some tips to understand how to work now.
1- Do I have some muscle or not?
2- Am I too fat?
Thanks so much for your support!

You have some muscle. Your bf, though, is too high to have good definition. Your bf is around 22%. I would cut down to about 15%.
Thanks!
I am trying to cut but I don’t know how.
I use to be skinny and to loose fat very quilckly.
I don’t know how much calories deficit should I use.
Now I eat around 2600-2700 calories a day (is it ok)?
Is it ok to eat 2200 calories during cut and to work hard?
I am 168 cm and 67 kg (I am taking creatine for a while).
I just don’t want to be too shred and I need a tip to how to loose fat correctly.
Could you help me with this too?
No one gets too shredded by accident. 2200 is a decent place to start. Just eat at a deficit and keep lifting.
