Planning on bulking in the fall to around 215-220 and then cutting again late spring. Should I cut a bit more to around 195 or good?

(Ballooned up to 146/147 the second I started eating carbs again, have had 3 cheat days after 4 months of hard cutting lmfao. Will start my first bulk soon at 145lbs ish)

Measuring in at 5'8", 141 pounds, 41 years old, my first real cut. Started out at 165 in late November, no way I would've imagined breaking into the high 130s to get into the 10-12% range. I don't think I have enough muscle mass this go around to shoot for 10% but would like to know estimates of where I am at now. Lift 2-3x/week, some swimming sprints. 1500 calorie diet with 1-1.2x body weight protein. This cut started late November (1900 cal, 1800, 1700, then 1500), and I want to wrap it up as close to (or sub) 12% as possible, hopefully in next 4-8 weeks. Here are 3 photos - side, front, and whole body. Thank you in advance!

Went up to 215lbs-220lbs this winter, down to 195lbs, but I used to bench 11 reps at 225 and now I can maybe do 5. I am between 5' 11 inches and 6 foot. I have a Renpho bodyfat scale which says I am at 22%, and that seems close to me, but would appreciate an estimate from photos.

I've recently gotten measurements from a "Omron Fat Loss Monitor HBF-360C" (It's the only tool I have avaliable while overseas; it's put me between the 10.9% range to 12.4%. I believe this to be highly inaccurate considering I have no form of Abs. I'm not an expert nor do I have the means for anything more accurate until I get home. A little back story, I used to be about 240 IBS so I didn't know if that'd effect my visual apperance much; any and all help is much appreciated.

I want to get down to about 9% or 10% before I start with a very slow bulk. I am having a hard time keeping calories at 1800-2000 right now. I am just so ****ing hungry all of the time. I am thinking about taking a diet break for a week because I have been cutting for almost 6 months.

About 13% I would bulk now, so when you cut, you'll have more to cut down to.

About 22% Cutting down to 15% or so should be healthy. You'll have some ab definition, but would need to go lower for a full six pack.

I’m 21 years old, 5’ 10”, 179 lbs. I truly don’t remember the last time I was below 15% body fat (maybe 5 years old?). I’ve been working out about 4-6 days a week for the last 4 years. Yet, due to poor diet and a party lifestyle, I’ve never been able to lose the stubborn fat I’ve worked so endlessly in the gym to get rid of. Now I am seriously taking a step back from going out and unhealthy eating, and would love to cut down to 10-12% body fat.
Currently, I am fairly muscular. Max bench is 235, I can do about 15 continuous pull ups, and about 50 continuous push ups. I just don’t like how my body looks. I feel like a layer of fat is just covering it up. I have love handles and a gut, yet in good lighting you can see some sort of an definition under the jiggling fat.
What would be an accurate estimate of my current body fat percentage?
If I dieted perfectly from here on out, how long would it take to get to about 12%?

I did a diet where i lost 66 lbs! I still got some fat on lower chest (i hate it, just started to lose the moobs) and lower stomach. Now I would like to know my actual Bf and when I should start to bulk. Honestly I fear that when bulking I will gain back the fat.
