Could I get a body fat estimation? Went from 146 to 162 since September, and wanted a body fat estimation. I’m currently 6 foot 162 18 years old. Also any advice on if I should try to cut some fat before bulking again or should I just bulk, and any specific weight goal I should shoot for before cutting? Thanks pictures in my bodyspace

I am 6' and weigh 163, Ive done calipers just on my stomach which reads me at 14%, but then I did a calculator online measuring a few spots and it told me 11, but I don't think that one is true.
Im trying to get as lean as possible by end of July (I'd love for 10% but I dont think thats exactly possible) then I'll be starting a lean bulk to put on muscle mass and maintain as low a body fat percentage as possible.

About 13% I'd lean bulk and would try to get to at least 180lbs.

New to the forum, any feedback on whether to bulk or cut is appreciated.
Great thread, but keep in mind it is very unlikely that any of us will ever know our exact body fat percentage. Even if you have access to and the money necessary to get a DECA or DEXA scan, even those methods are not 100% accurate (although about as close as one can get). Generally speaking, testing for body fat is all relative. For example, using a caliper is never going to be an accurate method for knowing exact body fat, but it can most certainly be an excellent tool in terms of measuring progress. Use ways of measuring body fat as a progress tool, not an end all be all:)

About 17%. I think you'll be fine if you cut. Just stop when you think you're too skinny.

I'd say about 22%. You'll have to get to 145-150 to get to 15%.

22-23% I would slowly cut. You don't weigh a lot, but your bf is too high to bulk right now.

I'd cut first. 10-12lbs or so and then reverse course.

I'd start off at maintenance and then after 1-2 months start bulking. IMO, you need to build muscle more than you need to lose fat, and if you cut after getting to 200lbs or so, you'll have more to show for it.

In high school i wrestled 152 and 160. I continued lifting in sophomore year of college at 19 yo where my peak strength reached 285 pounds on flat bench for 5 reps, squat 315 for 8 to 10 reps, deadlift 315 for 5 reps, i am now 23 yo and deff don't lift that heavy). Looking to drop to 10 to 12% bodyfat. What is my body fat %?

Did competitive powerlifting in high school but have been working a desk job for the last 8 years and working out sporadically.
Started back lifting and tracking my macros for a cut 3 weeks ago.
Any idea on current body fat %? Profile pic is relaxed and from today.
