i think the before pics are 27-29% (at least that's what i've been saying in some of my posts)

i guess it's time to start gaining mass again, does this sound like a good plan?
1. eat in a 100 calorie deficit for a few weeks, see if i can squeeze out any gains (probably not but it's worth a shot)
2. increase calories by 200 (basically between maintenance and a very slight surplus), keep eating like that as long as i'm making progress
3. after milking my fat-free gains, finally transition to a 200-250 surplus
4. start cutting again in may (this is enough time to make decent progress, right?)
also, thoughts on my cut progress overall? yay or nay?[/QUOTE] awesome you cut so much but sadly I think you lost a lot of size. Do a slower cut and keep your intensity up when working out next time. I would say you are around 15% lose 10more lbs to get your v taper to pop but shoot for no more than 1lb a week.
