Need help as well, i'm at 190 and 5'8 but i have no idea how much bodyfat i have and i'm trying to base my macros off of it. Pictures are on my profile because i still have below 50 posts.
heys guys im new here and need some help with knowing if i should start to bulk after cutting for about two months. I'm 21 yrs old, 5'7", 158 lb

I did a body composition test today using a bod pod and i dont think my bf is as low as it came out to be.
please provide any tips on any obvious improvement i should focus on. my goal is to get back to eating on a calorie surplus to begin bulking and gain more muscle mass

when you have 2 athletes with the same height, the same weight, the same muscle mass and Bodyfat-percentage, there also can be a difference how it looks. Some have a tighter skin, more V-Taper, or more visible veins on there bodys. Also the separation and the length of a muscle can be different even if all other stats will be the same.

The first two are in a great lighting, third is me sitting in a not as appealing pose, to show my minor lower stomach. My guess is around 6-7%. I've been slow cutting for about 2 months now.
I tend to always have less fat on my arms, legs and face but it all gathers on my lower belly so I can`t use the standard pictures on google to guestimate.
What are your guys thoughts on my body fat %? Both pictures taken early morning, same posture.

I used to weight 210 more 8 months ago, after almost a year from January 2016 until October working out and not seeing results. I am wondering what my BF% is and what can i do in a month to lose 10 pounds in one or two months. Should I stop doing ab workouts since it would be worthless with a bit of gut?

A low lbm 15-17%. Bulk.
If you want justification you can see some separation between muscle. Stomach fat is not pouched. Lower back fat doesn't round and sits flush to the side obques.
Cutting further will just see you get super skinny.

8% ish, VERY impressive physique, high lbm, maximal muscle visibility and separation, you can see all the striations . The back shot is the money shot, you look like an anatomy model.
