yea i want to lose more weight, how much more do you think i need to hit the 15-17% mark and my weight loss has slowed down alot this month im barely losing 0.1kg a week

Are you lifting heavy on a good program and getting adequate protein? Don't cut too fast.

i started at 90kg in the 12th of june and for now its between 82.2-82.7kg i do lift, i dont hit 1g per lb but i hit 100g as a minimum daily but my weight loss is extremely slow, almost stalled now

I had an estimate 2 weeks ago saying I was 15%. I'm overseas right now because of a family wedding and I have eaten god knows how much, non-stop for 6 days. Managed to de-bloat myself and scale says I have gained 6.5 lbs. Correct me if I wrong, but does that mean a 3% increase in bodyfat? So about 18-19% now?

Cut from 232 lbs and over 28% BF. What do you guys think I’m at now? Currently still cutting. I think I have a good muscular base to justify cutting at 176 lbs still?

I'd say about 12-13%- assuming your flexing in the picture. A couple of points lower if you were relaxed

Never posted on BB before, though I've been reading posts since like forever. Anyway. The hand-based fat monitor at my gym keeps saying I'm between 15 to 17 percent, but I'm pretty darn sure my fat butt is way, way, way beyond that. So I'm posting here today in the hopes one of ya'll might be able to clue me in on just how tubby I am, lol. I really appreciate it, guys!

Doesn't seem like women seem to post here (I guess we're too subconscious about our bodies), and even though mine is pretty bad I'd like to get an estimate. My scale says I'm at 25%, (yes, I know they're really not all that accurate, I keep it more to see the trend) and I'm not really buying that number. I think its higher than that.
I'm currently 30 years old, 5'6" and 140 lbs. I've previously lost 130 pounds and do have loose skin on my underarms, chest, and inner thigh area. No loose skin on my belly..... I shouldn't need to say where my problem area is, I think its obvious.

23 years old, 5'10-5'11 (not too sure) and 172lbs. Have 2 more pounds to drop to hit my goal weight and would like to start bulking if I'm around a good bodyfat precentage. (This cut is killing me lol). Also my goal bodyfat is 10% but my goal weight is 170. Should i start bulking at the weight i set or keep going till 10%?

Maybe a little bit. You always looks worse when bending over since your torso is shortening.

Male, 5'8, 168lbs. (172cm, 76 kg)

I'm probably beginner/amateur for gym and weight lifting level. I want to cut down to 150lbs (68kg), but given that I don't have much muscle on my frame, I should probably work my way up to ~185, and try a cut then? I also wouldn't mind cutting now, and then slow bulking after.
Any estimates on body fat + suggestions on cut/bulk are appreciated
