Please rate my bodyfat based on this tik tok vid. All my progress videos are here. I started at 17% according to inbody about a 7 weeks ago. Inbody now has me at 7.3%. Know I’m not showing my abs here, but based on this what would you say. I’ve been using OMAD and a large caloric deficit, using both diet and lots of liss to burn additional calories while hitting my minimum protein requirement. There has been no muscle loss according to my scans and my strength has actually gone up on 1500-2000 calorie deficits. Usually eat around 1200 cal, with 215 G protein, lift 6 days a week for an hour and so 2 hours of liss-miss all days. Losing 1% bf a week according to scans
