Solid physique! About 11%BF.
Awesome, I'm starting to like what I see and may switch to a slow bulk in September. I'll be back in a month for a final update.
Thanks again Tucane, you're doing us a great service!

@tucane
I hate to create noise on this thread but tucane, you deserve this. I totally agree him ^^^.
You’re keeping so many motivated and on track!!!
I’d appreciate an estimate from the pictures in my BodySpace. This is after a 12 week cut where I lost about 18 lbs.
Height: 6’0”
Weight: 173 lbs.

Around 30%BF.
Can I get a body fat estimate please?
Latest pics in my bodyspace.
Age - 24
Height - 1.84m
Weight - 69.2kg
Can't see the benefit or enjoyment in trying to lose anymore fat. Gonna start a lean bulk soon and try and add some strength and size.
Thanks.

Thank you, But in body fat calculator it gives me 24%

You're welcome!
Navy method tends to give false lows, tried one right now just for the sake of it and got a 5%BF... and I'm certainly not. Calculators are more for entertainment IMO.

Yeah it's likely, really hard to say how much at this stage though.

I'd say in between 16-17%BF.
As for comparison, most likely leaner than the average male due to many being way +20%BF. Compared to gym-goers you might be slightly above average or around. This is for bf% and what I'd guess... for the other stats I have no clue but I'd say you're smaller/lighter than average.
Bottom line, compare your 'current you' to 'you after a few more years of lifting'. That would be my advice aswell... lift intensely and consistently to build a solid base of muscle.

About 18%BF.
Body Fat % Estimate would be much appreciated...

W - 170lbs
Started my fitness journey 7 months ago. Ran a 6mo bulk from 158lbs to 180. Now 5 weeks into a mini-cut; looking forward to finishing up and getting back into a lean bulk.

About 10%BF or so. Try to not bother with bf% for the time being, prioritize health.
Have you posted in the ED support thread in the nutrition forum part? You could talk to forum member AdamWW, he knows a lot about ED recovery.

Looks to be about 23%BF. Seems as you have recomped a bit and lost a bunch of visceral fat, based on the pictures and weight data. Great work!
I would appreciate it if someone could estimate my bodyfat. I’m 5’10/140 LB. Got wide hips that make my love handles look huge.
Would appreciate a BF% estimate and recommendation on where to go from here? 5ft 11, 80KG. Currently 3 months into a cut from 92KG. I think I know the answer but need some good advice
Thanks
Hello, this is my first post on this awesome forum. i am relatively new lifter and have managed to lose over 25 pounds over the last 4 months.
my stats:
6 feet 3- 190cm
185 lbs-- 82 kg
19y/o
i am looking for an BF estimate, oh and also im a bit concerned about the calculations i got that i shpould eat around 1500 calories to lose BF. idk know why but that seems a bit low considering i lift 3-5 times a week. Could anyone help me out?
appreciate it
Would really appreciate an estimate.
Have been getting back into lifting, and lost about 11kg / 24lbs this year.
I'm at 68.6kg / 151lbs now.
My height is 180cm / 5'11.
I'm careful with my diet and hitting the gym 5 days a week. 5 minutes run before each workout and doing some hill walking a couple of times a week. Will probably put in some swimming and rowing too.
Trying to ramp up the cutting and cardio, minimise drinking and hoping to have some more definition for beach in a month and
then switch to bulking after six weeks / 2 months.
Any tips for ways to burn fast without losing the muscle I have would be great. Thanks.
