Body fat estimate, pics included :)
Started cutting a month ago, lost 4-5 pounds since then. I'm in a caloric Deficit of 500 calories but definitely ain't eating clean, something dirty each day. How long do I need to continue my cut to get to 10-13%/lose pounds? Currently 5'8, 146 pounds, workout 5 days a week.

I am new to bodybuilding and have no idea where I may possibly be at this point. My goal is to lose a bit more fat around my midsection and abs.

Body Fat Percentage/Advice On What Next
Firstly, can one of you possible give me an estimate on my current body fat composition please.

Weight 155 Pounds
BMI: 21.6
Progress Overview:
Around 6 months ago I was chubby as ****, coming in at 205 pounds with a pathetic amount of muscle mass, I conquered my lack of motivation with the assistance of prescription amphetamine salts and was able to cut 50 pounds through diet and moderate cardio. I’m still not completely satisfied with my progress as I still possess what you guys would probably consider a skinny-fat physique. I fall on the lower end of the Body Mass Index at 21.6 even though I still have a moderately high amount of body fat. I think my problem is that I possess little muscle mass compared to fat since I haven’t been to a gym since sophomore year of high school. I realistically could cut to 133 pounds and be at the minimum recommended BMI of 18.5 for my height and age. Honestly though at that weight I would look even more like a twig.
So, my question to you experienced in bodybuilding should I further cut with cardio and a calorie deficit, bulk with protein and weightlifting, or stay where I am and start consuming protein and simultaneously begin lifting?
