Thanks! Won’t I look like a stick at 155? I had a dirty bulk a while back which led to all this fat... packed on a ton of muscle though..
Also, from the pics, do I look skinny fat? Or just fat with a muscular base?

You’ll be skinny at 155, but you’ll be in a better position to put on muscle. You just look skinny fat. Don’t dirty bulk again.

im at 7-9% bodyfat naturally ,i alway need to keep my fat above 8% ....... dont go under 11% its suck the best range is 11%-16%

In all honesty, I don’t think the pictures do me justice.. no way I can be skinny fat. Had two guys ask me if I juice yesterday at the gym... guess I took some bad pics...

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but you in no way shape or form look like an enhanced lifter.

Around 15% I wouldn’t cut any more. IMO, you need more muscle more than you need to lose fat.

dropped 25 lbs since late last year
have been lifting and doing cardio 5-6 a week total
should i continue cutting or start a lean bulk?

About 12%
How are your lifts doing? If you’ve been able to maintain your strength, then I would cut a few more pounds first.
If your lifts had been dropping, then I would end the cut now and start lean bulking.

20-22% Don’t bulk or cut right now. Eat at maintenance for as long as you can make progress on your lifts. Then bulk slowly.

Looking for another estimate, pics are in body space. I feel like I've made some pretty good progress on a recomposition for the last 6 weeks. The goal is to get down around 10% before lean bulking.

Requesting my body fat %
Hi, everyone. Decided to make a life style change with myself about 6 months ago. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired all the time. I wasn't physically or mentally fit in my life and wanted to make positive change. I have been eating clean, doing a lot of cardio, and now I think I have lost enough weight that I need to start lifting and getting some muscle mass in me. What is my body fat percentage currently and what would you recommend me for a person my size? Thanks.

Current weight: 160

You look a bit leaner than the earlier pics, so I’d say you’re closer to 11%.

About 16% I would cut a bit more, e.g. go down to 150. Definitely start lifting now.

I am, I've been lifting fairly consistently the past 10 years. My progress pics in my profile document a decent portion of it. I hit 200lbs dirty bulking since summer and have been semi dieting since then, taking it more serious now. This is probably the leanest I've ever been (was a chubby kid), hoping to take it to the next level.

About 1 month and 2 days ago you guys put me at 20% body fat; I was 186 lbs at 6'2". I don't know my weight now (it messes with me mentally) But I've been cutting since then. Any thoughts on my current bodyfat?

Can’t really tell from those photos. I’d say over 16%, but it’s hard to be more specific than that.
Can you take some with better lighting (ideally one from the front and one from the side)?
