Thanks guys! Should I add 300 calories from now during cutting (300 more than 1600) or 300 calories more than my BMI (300 more than 1900)?
Thanks

Start from where you're at in terms of calories/macros, as it's a known reference point.
PM me if you have further questions, this thread needs to be kept cleaner^^

Quite lean (15%BF maybe) and in need of muscle, so it's time for a mass building phase. Use maintenance calories to begin with unless you're strong like the hulk:-)
Please can you estimate my bodyfat %.

I took these just when I woke up, didn't even shower or anything before these pics.
5'10, 105 KG, 19. My butt has always been big so just ignore it.
I'm hopeful and estimating like a 28%, but that's just me coping.

About 16% I would cut a bit, maybe 10lbs and then bulk again.

15-16% I would bulk a bit more before cutting, so you have more to cut down to.

Thanks for your time! I guess I should have asked for advice from you or others on how much more to cut. I have been in a deficit all of the last 6 months losing 30 lbs and 58 lbs altogether last year plus. I am trying to decide how much more to lose before maintaining the rest of the summer and then starting a bulk in the fall. At 50 yrs-old that lower waist fat is stubborn!

I'd give it another 5-10lbs. Lower waist fat is the worst.
I'd say 17%BF and in need of muscle. Keep bulking, aka eat the same calories, increase workload when possible.
Cheers! Much appreciated. When you say increase workload when possible - any recommendations ?

About 13% I would stop cutting. Your posture looks off can make your stomach look larger than it is.

Thank you for your input! I will try to fix my posture and start a lean bulk.
can't seem to figure out what my percentage is. i think somewhere between 16% and 14% but i don't know. been cutting for a bit now trying to get to 12%-10% before bulking again. 6 feet 175 lbs, legs are pretty lean already, i can see all the veins and arms are okay. i seem to hold most of my fat in my lower back/tummy...
help!
I assumed 20-22%, but suspect it may be higher. Could use a good pair of eyes.

Ive used my calipers and it usually lands around 13, but I wanted a second opinion. Im cutting right now and then once we hit September im starting a lean bulk.
Thanks so much!
Would really appreciate some insight on my body fat percentage. Have gotten measured several times, but they seem to always give me a number that I think is too low. I’m 5’10 and currently 175lbs... I’ve gotten readings from nice machines and at a fitness facility, and have gotten numbers ranging from 7.1% to around 10-11%.. but think that’s too low, want opinions, I do seem to carry a or if not most in lower abdominal, and have stubborn fat there. Which is my biggest issue as I’m rly lean everywhere else. Pics in body space! Thanks!
Cheers! Much appreciated. When you say increase workload when possible - any recommendations ?
Generally;
Work your entire body.
Do more reps whenever you physically can as those last reps matter, if/when it feels easy add weight to the bar. You goal should be to lift more and more total weight with time, forcing your muscles to adapt and grow. Pain is your friend.

Everything accounted for, 10%BF is spot on.
You won't benefit much if at all in cutting further, as that last insignificant bit of abdominal-fat might take up to a month of dieting and muscle atrophy to get rid of.

27, 180lbs, been cutting before first real bulk - Don't think there's enough foundation to see abs etc? should I keep going or start bulking after a maintenance period?
73kg/160lbs.How much more fat do I have to lose to have clean 6 pack? This is in the morning flexed.I don't think am above 15% bodyfat but then again I don't care that much about percentages.I wish I could post more pics but I suck at taking them,my back has a lot more definition than my front. Most of my fat is on my sides and I don't have much left in my lower belly.I will cut for the next 2 months and get as lean as possible before reverse dieting into a clean bulk (never not tracking calories again).

I5-16% I'd probably start bulking. You need muscle more than you need to lose fat right now, IMO.
