Bf estimates please, 6ft1 174lbs
Hey guys! Just wanted to ask what you think my body fat is. I was thinking 10-12%, but not sure. I've been seeing a lot of vessels recently even in the upper chest and oblique areas.
Thanks!
I'm 6'0'' and weigh 180, what is my bf %

Hi all
I'm 38, 187cm and 13st 4 lbs. From the picture in my progress gallery can you give me a rough BF %. I'm guessing around 25% with around another 17-18lbs to cut for lean bulking, does that seem about right?
Thanks in advance

BF is about 20% You're in a rough spot since your bf is high for a bulk, but you don't have much more room to cut before you're underweight. I'd maintain for a few months and try to recomp, and then start lean bulking. When you have some more muscle, you can cut again and hopefully get down to 15% or so.

I'd say about 22%. 17-18lbs sounds about right.
Thanks for the quick response

About 22% Ask your doctor if you have gyno.
Hey guys! I'm new on these forums, currently trying to figure out if I should cut or bulk right now. For reference, I'm 5 foot 9, 155 pounds, and my waist size is around 31 inches. Can I get a bodyfat % estimate? Would greatly appreciate any input.

Cals sound low. How quickly are you losing weight?
Other than that, it sounds like you're doing the right things. I'd take off another 10lbs and then lean bulk. Right now, you don't weigh a lot, but you're undermuscled and over fat. You'll need to bulk and cut a few times to have a decent amount of mass and not too much fat.

Ive lost 9.2 pounds this month so atound 2 pounds a week. U recommend going to 165 and ghen leank bulking? I eat at 1600-1800 rn so what wud i bump my cals up to for lean bulk? 2100-2200?
More than that. If you're losing 2lbs/week, then your maintenance is around 2700 cals, and a lean bulk would be about 2900 calories.
I would cut to 165, then spend a week at your estimated maintenance 2600 cals (assuming your TDEE will go down if you're lighter), and then start lean bulking at 2900 calories.

BMR is how many calories you burn at rest. It does not include activity.

Here's a TDEE calculator, but you probably don't need one. They're just estimates, and since you've been tracking your diet and weight loss, you can infer that your tdee is about 2700 calories right now.
When you're bulking, you can increase all of your macros. You'll probably want to increase carbs the most. I'd start w/ 1g/lb protein, .45g/lb fat and make the rest carbs. Try to keep the majority of the fat unsaturated.

Hi there. First timer here. Partyrocking could you provide an estimate? Pics in the gallery photos (there are progress photos as well, but pretty sure they won't of much help). Thanks a lot.
I got 21% from online calculators. Would you agree with that number?

Do you think I can get to 10% by losing a few pounds, if so how many? Or should I just keep working out and maintain weight?
