Please check my photos. I would like to know my bodyfat%. I've been cutting for 3 months.
I started as a skinny fat 147lbs at 5'6 feet. Now I'm 127 lbs. I wanted to be lean first before bulking.
I have been trying to lose weight since Apr 2017 when I was 93kg. After lots of trial and error, I finally started lifting Nov 2017 And got my cal/macros in check.
My scale tells me I’m currently 79kg, 17.8% bf. I have posted my photos on my profile - what do you guys think is my body fat%?

Okay, so i began my weight lise journey 2 months ago, still a long way to go, but getting more and more motivated by the day.
Can anyone give me and estimate on current bodyfat? And if possible an estimate on how much i need to lose to get rid of these dreaded love handles? Lol

5'4.5" / 154 , also wondering how much more I should cut before a lean bulk?

About 12% You could start bulking now if you want. Else, cut another 5lbs first.

Thanks for replying. Would I benefit more from cutting further or would a bulk be a better use of time at this point?
I'm 18 years old with at around 69 kg(152 lb) of bodyweight
My scale calculates me to be at around 15% bf. I have no idea if this is accurate or not.
My pictures are in my bodyspace under the "gallery" section.
Should I cut or bulk ?

I would bulk.

15-16% You could do either. If you bulk, I would keep the weight gain slow, 1-2lbs/month, so that you don't put on too much fat too quickly.

11-12% You get shredded by a) being lean and b) having enough muscle. I wouldn't cut in your case as you're already at a light weight and will end up looking skinny vs. looking shredded. Instead, I would lean bulk for 6+ months, so that when you cut back down you have more muscle to show for it. YMMV.

Holy **** seriously? My abs still aren’t showing which is weird. I’ve been training my abs pretty hard for over a year too
Hey guys,
This is my first time posting here so I apologize if this is in the wrong thread or I'm replying incorrectly.
I can't post links since I'm not at 50 posts but I'd really appreciate it if someone could look at my BodySpace profile and give me an idea of what you think my current body fat % is and any tips you might have for me to become more symmetrical. I'll add a picture of the InBody test results as well, I'm aware that they're not supposed to be 100% accurate but I figure if I use it in similar conditions each time I can at least track if my bf% is going up or down, even though the actual number is most likely lower than my bf% is in reality.
I'm 23, 5' 10", and weigh 175 lbs. Thanks a lot for letting me know what you guys think, I really appreciate it.

You don't have enough muscle yet. That's why your abs aren't showing. I would lean bulk for 6+ months and then cut back down.

BF about 18% You didn't look particularly asymmetrical to me. Everyone has some imbalances.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I use this machine at my gym that does electrical impulses to check your body fat % levels and I've always been told it's pretty inaccurate but apparently it's not too far off! Happy lifting!
Trying to determine BF% and if I should keep cutting or try to increase muscle mass. Pictures are first thing in the morning. Thanks.

About 14% You could go either way. I'd probably take off another 5lbs, so you have room to bulk for a longer period of time.
Hi Guys,
Looking for a body fat estimation, currently 186lbs and Navy body fat puts me at 15-16%.
Also any advice whether I have enough LBM to continue my cut to 10% and look decent at the end my cut would also be appreciated.
Thanks!

16% sounds about right. You can cut to 10%. You'll look good with a shirt off but may look too thin for your liking with a shirt on. That's normal.
