I went from 82 to 76kg as of now. 2 Months ago, i posted here and someone suggested i have about 20% bodyfat.
At what level you think it is now? should i cut more?

About 17% I'd cut 10lbs. In terms of macros, I'd start w/ 190g carbs 165g protein 65g fat (about 2000 calories). Adjust as needed.

Hey, just finishing up my 30 month cut, going down in weight from 285 lb to now on 185 lb (got some loose skin during that, mostly on my stomach), with a height of 6'3. I'd love an estimate of how much my bodyfat% is after that cut. Starting a clean bulk a week from now

I’m 5’8”, 144 lbs and skinny fat. I would like a BF % estimate please. I just started going to the gym, trying to get that to 10-11% bodyfat. Pics in mybodyspace.
Also I think my spine is more bent than some of you guys, and fat is weirdly stored around my butt too (could be the spine pushing it out as well) so I put a side view in there as well if it helps.

I am 19 years old, 6', and weigh 180 lbs. I seem to hold fat on hips and thighs so take that into account if I look low based on upper body. Can't post pics from this computer but I will link a post with them below

Ive been steadily getting way stronger, I am 150lbs I am repping 220 5 times, can max 245/250 bench press. All my lifts have been going up for few months, yet I have changed no weight, and I look chunky. In these photos at the gym, the lighting makes me look like I have definition/abs but when I am close to mirror, or I look down, I dont see any definition and I feel like I have love handles, am I getting close to starting to have definition? I mean I am strong or getting there.
Being 5'8 150lbs, and not much definition in full light but some shading in gym lighting, does this mean I am getting close to starting to have definition? Also, I have been killing my back, like pull ups workout session, did 100 pull ups few days ago. Building a pull up bar in backyard to start murdering them. About 17%. Your posture looks off, maybe anterior pelvic tilt. I'd ask a physio about it.

About 14% You don't look chunky to me. IMO, you need more mass. I would bulk for the next six months or so and then cut.
So just keep doing what ive been doing lol? Eat and lift.
