Hi everyone!
I've always been 25% bodyfat in my life. Years ago I started going to the gym not knowing anything about calories and I gained a **** ton of fat, and then even stopped going to the gym for years.
Last year I decided to start working out again, counting calories, my goal was to cut until I can see my abs for the first time ever in my life, and start building muscle starting from a low bodyfat base. I'm currently at 175cm / 59kg.
The cut ends in one week, here are the pictures flexed (there's one unflexed too) :

What do you think my bodyfat is?

10-12%, you are very lean, I wouldn’t cut further if I were you.

Thanks for the answer. I was thinking about the same bodyfat range. I'm doing one last week and I'm done cutting. I'll be lean bulking for the next year.
I am 21 y/o, 190 cm tall and weight aruond 77 kg. I have a very hard time gaining weight so as of recently I have really been trying to stuff myself in between meals with cheeses and salamis. Should I keep at it or start dialing it down? This is hte only time Ive noticed my workout numbers increasing, but Ive also noticed more fat on my body.
Im relaxed in all pics, except for the last, where I am flexing my muscles slightly.

Finishing up my first serious cut and debating whether to go another week or not. Thoughts on %?

Hello,
I'm 25 Yo, 88Kg, 6'3". Photos are in the progress photos section (the upload window keeps crashing on me).
Just started lifting a month ago. I'm guessing 25-30% body fat percentage.
Also, What should I do next (bulk/cut/recomp)? Bench -> 75Kg, Deadlift -> 110Kg, squat -> 110Kg (all are 1RM)
I read somewhere, that testosterone levels peak at around 12%. So I was considering cutting to 12 and then lean bulking.
Age 45, 6’3. Picture shows before and after a bulk. Will you estimate bf% both before and after. Also, please estimate the amount of fat and muscle gained during bulk: moved from 190lbs to 210lbsn waist increased from 33in to 36in
Thanks!

how long do you think it was good for me to ask?

3-4 months at minimum. Visual changes take a long while to show. For shorter time frames, use a scale and tape measure.

Single digits, I'd guess about 8-9%? My reference point would be Alberto Nunez at 6%. Are you out from a competition?

I competed 3 weeks ago. These were taken right before.

Anyone? Anyone?
Anyone? Anyone?
i don't know man, the pics aren't that high quality. 15% to 22%?
Recently hit 30lbs lost since January and the bf meter at the gym says 20% (no way) and the one I use at home says 28% so hoping you all can help. End goal is 175 @ 15% bf but my plan is to cut to 160 first and hopefully that puts me at about 15-18% bf.

175 lbs
waist at navel is 37-38" depending on day
I couldn't figure out how to embed via imgur or attach since I have less than 50 posts so I uploaded front, side and back to Body Space.

A good guideline for health outcomes is for your waist measurement to be less than half your height. Ideally, you'd want your waist to be several inches below that.

Thanks for the feedback! I am hoping to get down to 32” or so which is what I was in the past. Im thinking I’ll need to keep cutting to 155 or 160 to get there. Any chance you got to take a look at the pics?
Howdy! So this month I swapped to a very demanding job, I've haven't had any time I can devote to the gym, apart for a 20-30 minute bodyweight workout when I get home. I'm pretty sure I've lost some muscle mass, and added 2 or 3% BF since my last estimate here.
The feedback last time was it was hard to tell my BF from the photos so I uploaded a quick video to YouTube. Hopefully it will give a better idea.
For reference I'm 6'3 and 164lbs.
Add this below to the YouTube url.
I'm under 50 posts so I can't post links yet.

/shorts/BdknVnocVX8
i'd say 13-14% with not much muscle, so it looks a bit "off" and makes it harder to give an estimate

First of all, amazing work brother!
I'm at a similar stage right now, but I can tell you're leaner.
You have to be somewhere sub 11%
I'm not very good at gauging below 10%, so I'd guess somewhere between 9% and 11%
Unless the picture quality is bad and your lower abs are all veiny, and your quads are all veiny, then you'd be at sub 9%
Cheers Bro!
anyone else want to estimate? thanks Camarija, although i don't fully agree with 9-11% :D
the plan is to start maintaining later this week, this seems like a good balance where i don't look too small (imo) and i have enough room to maintain --> lean bulk without losing definition instantly. i'd probably look too small if i cut 5 more pounds, plus i don't think i could mentally handle more cutting at this point anyway
