How do you like those one arm longbar rows? Looks like good ROM, seen a few guys do it at my university gym with the 25lb plates (of course with terrifying form)

They are a great exercise. Since I am squatting and deadlifting 3x per week, for this training cycle I am trying to lay off anything that involved putting stress on my core or lower back. This doesn't put much stress on it. I really enjoy These , Seal Rows, HS Iso high row for my rowing movements!

I might have to give that a try for back on Friday, I am pretty limited for equipment for back at my current gym, we don't have any handles to be able to use the longbar with two hands
LOVED the HS Iso high row when I had access to one when I interned in Florida this past year, such a good stretch and ROM, I've laid off the seal rows lately too, I should get back on those. For back form absolutely trumps weight hands down I'm finding out

Setting up for the Barbell Seal Row a PITA?
Setting up for the Barbell Seal Row a PITA?
Yeah I try to get 3 boxes( box squat boxes) and then lay a flat bench on top(non-adjustable) but its hard to find 3 of the same box, so I usually go with two one size one a little bigger.
But I really love the exercise, great for taking stress off the lower back. That and the tried and true meadows row( forgot about these for a bit) bringing them back.
So today's workout was good, doesn't look like a lot but SURE IS!
Pre workout 1 and 3/4 Scoops of Cellucor C4 + 2 scoops of SD Betaine
Intra- 1.5 scoops of Animal Aminos (GRAPE IS ON POINT)
POWO- 2 scoops Met rx Quik Cret 1 scoop Betaine + .5 scoops Animal amino(for flavor more then anything)
Squats- 355 7 sets of 5 reps( its crazy towards the end the reps get easier) this means I need to warm up more. Up 10lbs from last weeks 345
Deadlifts- 495 4 set of 5 reps- up 10lbs from last weeks 485.
Very happy with the progression, today going to a Pizza Place that has been around since 1925( I've got a sick addiction to pizza)

Such a good flavor will def be trying another one.
I do 1 scoop of that with one scoop of Capsi thermo(beta alanine, caffeine100mg and black pepper extract) its perfect blend of stims and other goodness :)
Today's workout SMOKED IT Felt great
squats- 8 sets of 4 reps with 370----- easiest this has ever felt in SBD sleeves.
Deads- 6 sets of 3 reps with 515----- again didn't feel that bad.
Standing Leg curls-105,115,125(9)
Lying leg curls- stack for 3 sets of 10
then did 4 sets of 12 on rope crunches for abs
I am really happy with the way I put this program together. My squats each week are going up 10lbs and deads- 5-10lbs. The heavier weight is not bothering me at all. 3-4 reps are my best lifts of the week by far!
Nice work homey. Feels good to a put a program together and see the results unfold right before your eyes huh?!
highly suggest the orange dream
pretty damn good
SM (Strawberry Margarita) is getting solid praise.
Props to finding your own groove and it clearly paying off!

More frequency on arms, more strength gains. Hyper bicep work + strength Bicep work== hopefully more arm growth :)
