Had a little tweak in my hammy sprinting yesterday. Not a full on strain, it's in a weird place. Effected me mentally more than anything. Well probably lay off pulling tomorrow and limit wider squatting.

Yesterday had conditioning again. Until then hams were pretty tight during sprint sessions. I felt like I had an extra spring in my step, however. Too early to tell if it's a result of hip thrusts but I'm going to add a barbell this weekend.
