im not sure myself, i am not that knowledgeable tbh i only know the basics, however i've heard around on the forum that anything too low i.e. 1200kcal/day is dangerous or something :p i wasn't hating on the low cals you're on, just more of an interest tbh
I have just noticed on the online calorie calculators it workouts out how may calories you need and asks you how active you are. It must take into consideration that you will burn some calories while exercising therefore giving you how many calories you should consume based on your activity level. Thats how i see it. But i may up my calories from 1800 to 2000 as 5 lbs a week may be too fast and i do not ever ever want loose skin haha

at our age bro i dont think we have to worry about loose skin as much, i have bad stretch marks which i think will give me a little loose skin though :/ well tbh, if what your doing now is working, stick at it... no point changing your routine if its working :p i am losing at a fast pace too as some days i only get 1000kcal (work days) and i fast for 24hrs a week so yeah :/

I submitted yesterdays weight (163.8)
cuz at night I drank a lot and today I weighted at 166 so that's probably wrong?
-
Been Having trouble with multiple binges. Pretty sure its over now but i said that 4 weeks ago. Hopefully i can get back on track. Most likely will as i am running out of things to binge from nothing i really like. :(
-
Wow lost 3 lbs since last weeks weigh in.
Crazy how the weight stalls for a week and then it falls off me all at once it seems. Anyways, thats 1.5lbs per week over the last two weeks which is right on pace where I want to be at. I think by the time April rolls around I will be right at my goal (hopefully)
-
Got 64 submissions so far. Possible we lose another 20 this week?

some tips that stop me from binging.
1. lots of fibrous veggies... add them to every meal + snacks
2. diet pop + lots of water
3. only buy food that u have to cook

Off to a birthday dinner. Left 1000 cals for it but will probably eat more towards maintenance. My refeed i guess :D

I used to have a real binge eating problem. A keto diet has been like magic for my junk food addiction--zero cravings and appetite control. I recommend it.

Slipped a bit and snacked on some of the food my family had at their superbowl party. I made sure to not each very much of it, but regardless I have no idea how many calories it was. Back to the strict diet tomorrow!
RAVENS BABY!

Back down to 185 today but still a little heavier than I'd like to be. I'm hoping to get under 183 for the next weigh in. The good news is that my measurements are creeping down still. I'll take better fitting clothes over numbers on the scale. Of course, I'd like both though...

So...after 5 weeks of prepping, my friends and I finally had our pretentious/gourmet pizza party. Super bowl sunday of all days, yeaaaaaaah. **** your chicken wings. Here's some food porn. Also don't quote this message to reply to it, for the love of god. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, YOU MAY HAVE A HEART ATTACK. :

Well done! :)
I've only ever run one timed mile run and that was when I was 14/15 and probably a similar weight to you. I recall it being around 8 minutes which was okay as it was a charity run and nobody was really going for it (I only sped up to make sure no girls beat me :p) - rugby training several times a week can do wonders for your fitness... who knew. I don't want to know how slowly I would run it now. I wonder if I could even jog a mile without stopping. Probably not :(
One early morning I might go and test this theory in a local park, give some dog walkers a laugh.
-
Aw man I remember my first attempt at jogging at 132kg.. it was grim, managed maybe 3-4 mins at 6-7km/h
-
yea i'm finding running and pullups and chit so much easier now that i'm lighter...
Oh and my downhill skiing drastically improved too.

okay guys im sitting here fuarking scared... took jack3d this morning.. forgot I took it then took hemo- rage which you can only take half a scoop of because its that strong.... just had a cardio session and ive been sitting here for about 10 minutes and my heart rate is still 190... can feel it racing like fuark... scared to move incase it increases more!!!

Um wow...u should probably consider calling doctor's office instead of asking here. And in the future, be much more responsible in what you take...
edit: btw, that was pretty stupid to take both...just saying. You might know that already, but reminding you in case you don't. Could seriously end up hurting yourself. People have been known to have cardiac arrest from taking Jack3d pushing themselves too hard, I imagine there is a risk of that as well mixing it with another stim...thus the warning label.

All of the 300lb + crew should look at this link.
Awesome motivation

yeah believe it or not I have actually been diagnosed with short term memory loss, it was only after drinking the hemo rage that my gym partner said 'you took jack3d this morning you know..' ive just had to cycle home from gym and heart rate has decreased to about 80 but it is a hard cycle home so now time for rest!

i think i will just give the hemo-rage to my bro as he needs a pre workout and i already have jack3d which isnt as strong.

Nice. 33 in 5 weeks is massive--how much pigging out did you do on NYE? LOL
I'm slowly moving up the ladder. #11 currently.
I'm 4-5 lbs away from the lowest weight I've been since 2008. I can't wait. My brother is getting married in FL, and I'm going to look good in trunks for the first time in my life. Come at me challenge!
