cant figure out my body fat%
Ok so every place I go gives me a different body fat percent between 9%and19% lol and I only do body measurements ATM I'm 5 foot 8 and 118plbs...I'm a female..um I have games 4plbs in the last month of weight training and I know at least half is prolly from fat..I want to get to 120 but I want it in muscle and I eat between 1200 and 1400 daily with 120 grams of protein...shakes eggs chicken etc..anyhow weight training 3 days a week something isn't right I want to lose body fat. Measurements are 31 Dorchester 24 for waist 31 for hips 34 for butt 18 for thighs( problem area) 12 for calves 9.5 for biggest upper arms 8 for foreamrs 6 for wrists 11 for neck...would appreciate your input thank you
