That's an insane transformation! You look like a completely different person!
Great progress Gigi! Keep it up
Mind sharing your food schedule?
Even though genetics play a role in bloating, it can also happen by drinking too much soda / artificial sweeteners.
Also many people are lactose intolerant without even knowing it, and drinking/eating dairy will bloat them like a sponge. So you could try mixing your protein shake with water instead of milk.
And then you also have water retention, make sure you drink enough water - it helps.
But anyways, on the LB losing I'll give you an example..
From picture 1 to 2 is a 33 pound loss
From picture 1 to 3 is a 55 pound loss
From picture 1 to 4 is a 77 pound loss
Can you see that picture one to two has minimum change, and suddenly after that 33 pound mark the results show way faster?
So just keep it up (:
I eat simple **** bro, Im a chef so unless I can have great food I eat dumb **** food. So my usual meals consist of a chicken breast with a kale shake, or a protein shake and kale shake, or chicken with sweet spud, or oatmeal with honey and cinnamon, or fruit with lime and chile or juicy veggies with lime and chile. I nosh all day, I eat like an apple, then an hour later I eat like oatmeal, then I might have a protein shake. I only keep track of my protein though I get about 160-250g/day. Oh eggs and chorizo so if Im hungry as hell and have had a hard workout and dont want to feel full from a chicken breast Ill eat a 2 egg, 2egg white, chorizo omelette. As far as sweeteners, yeah right, again Im a chef I dont use artificial sweeteners, I use honey, but sparingly. Not in coffee or tea really just in my kale shake and oatmeal. I like it because it has alot of nice wholistic properties. I dont use milk I use almond milk. I do eat yogurt but not that often. My protein I always shake with H2O and I always drink a gallon of H2O/ day. So thats all the good.
On weekends I tend to blow it out, well I just started doing that this month I just lose control Ive started drinking again, eating ice-cream etc. Usually SAT/SUNI cheat, but I cheat hard. I just started cheating as hard as I do. Ive still lost weight. Aug-Oct Im going to go super clean, absolutely no gluten, no beer (just started drinking again on 04/04/13) only one cheat meal/wk. Ill post pics soon. I can PM you if youre curious maybe I can get your feedback.
Thanks man.

Thank you still long way to go
Thanks for all the compliments fellas. In terms of diet I jumped around alot, one thing i learned from dieting is that my body is very adaptive and I kept needing to switch up my diet constantly to break plateaus. At first I was just eating healthier, didn't count calories or macros just taking out the bad foods in my life. Was around 280 at the start, lost around 20 pounds doing this and doing mostly cardio alot HIIT stuff. Didnt start lifting till month after i started, I consider myself an experienced lifter since i've been playing football for most of my life from grade school to college, so lifting was already natural for me. I started counting calories around this time but not macros, made sure i was at a deficit and kept it simple. Jumped around Lean Gains and IIFYM diets which helped me stay sane since my calories were going way below what i was comfortable with, started counting macros ( didnt even know what those were till i started getting serious about my gains) and here I am today.
Since i always basically already at my peak "Bulk" building muscle was very easy for me, There was no need to slim down first, the fat just melted and the muscle kept growing. I've done P.H.A.T, DTP, Shorcut to size, 5/3/1 and some other weight routines. P.H.A.T and 5/3/1 was probably the most enjoyable and where i made most of gains from. Though im not throwing as much weight around as I was at 280+ im still pretty happy with my strength overall.
Here my my progress from feb Too now
I have posted my 1 year fatloss :), here is my 1,5 years fatloss...I start adding some muscle but still try cutting to 60kg hehehe
But,sadly...I just workout at home using 2 24kg dumble :( ...nearest gym center is 30km from my home :( , but motivation from this thread is motivating me :) ...thanks you guy here :)
My total weight loss is to 22kg from 87-65kg now :)
Wow, great job. You look like a complete different person now.
Went from 225 to 149 in 1 1/2 years. I feel 1000x better but my body still isn't where I want it to be. I lift 4-5 times a week but I've never bulked just cut and maintained. Im kind of stuck on what to do right now. I'm trying to cut again to lose the rest of the fat and try to fix some of the loose skin with muscle but it seems to be going pretty slow.I'd appreciate any advice anyone has on what I should do to fix my skin maybe something you've had success with and similar starting bodys. how much of this is fixable with time and exercise?

my mom bought a collagen supp to help with her shoulder pains, and she noticed it helped her skin go back to normal too, she lost over 100 lbs in less than a year and the collagen helped huge for her, she found it by chance because it wasnt taken for loose skin it was for joint repair, look into it bro might be what you want!

Hey everyone, could you please vote for me on the link below (Lee Chilton)
physiqueoftheweek.com/fitness-competition/
I got into this shape in 7 months 100% naturally. if you could vote for me that would be a great help and a serious confidence boost as I am also training for the Mens Health magazine cover shoot 2013.
7 month progress pics can be seen on my bodyspace page.
thanks to everyone that votes.
I'm 198 I just started that eca stack. But I wanna lose and gain muscle
Alright guys, I've been around here, so some of you might know my progress. I started at 212 on May 1st, took my first pic after the water weight dropped during that first week, and haven't looked back! Before I get to the progress pics from day 1 to this past weekend, thought I'd share my last two Bod Pod results. On June 18th, a month and a half after initially starting at 212 lbs and who knows how much bf%, the Bod Pod measured me at 194.6 lbs, 24.9% bf, and 146.1 lbs of lean body mass. Today, the Bod Pod said 183.8 lbs, 17.3% bf, and 152.0 lbs of lean body mass! Here is the proof, as well as pics of my journey so far!
