Hello there.
Been lurking on this thread for about a year and a half now and it's played such a huge part in my weight loss. Thanks to all those who have posted their transformations and kept me going! Great job!
I started at 250lbs and now I'm down to 195lbs. My current short-term goal is to be at 180-185 by my 25th on March 2nd. Been working my ass off for it, and coming here for motivation!

Yeah with being a full time student. working part-time and doing a 40 hour week internship for the summer it took some time for me to be able to get it done. I mean 1st week it fell off quick(15 pounds) but I didn't know much about nutrition at that time. Now, I could have probably knocked it out a lot faster but you learn through experience I guess.

Hey guys, so back in June of 2012, I really wanted to make a change for myself. I've always wanted to get in shape and be the best that I could be, but I was just extremely lazy and didn't go for it until the Summer. So, I joined the gym and got myself a trainer. Since June of 2012, I've been going to the gym about 3 times a week. Up until the end of November, I was really dedicated, but I slowly got lazy again throughout the holidays. Now, I'm determined to continue my goal and get the body that I want.
The before pictures were taken in June of 2012 (230 lbs, Bodyfat was over 30 %)
The update pictures were taken today (195 lbs)
So, I was wondering if you guys had any tips or pieces of advice to give me in terms of diet, exercise so that I get shredded and lean by the summer. I'm not looking to get huge, just lean and toned.

I've just started my journey as a part of New Year's Resolutions combined with mid-life crisis ;) At the moment slimming down a little - so far from 205 lbs to 182 lbs within 6 weeks (5'10" tall). I'm a late starter as I'm in my mid 30s.. I'd like to see my abs as I've never seen it so no idea what's under the skin - 8 pack, 6 pack or 4 pack.. I can see 1 big 1 pack at the moment haha

I lost 25 lbs since the beginning of the year, unfortunately I took the first photo on 27 January.. For any real transformation photos I'll have to wait for a few months.

Well for the life of me I cant figure this app out. Dont know inspiratiomy pics into this thread. But I got some on my bodyspace.
Im 6'1 and 240 at my biggest. That was last Christmas I started to loose weight and work outabout 3 months after that. im now 195 at 12% bf. Looking to goal at 7-8% at 210. This thread is a great inspiration.

Long term GF broke up with me in September last year, the next day I hit the gym/diet.
I can easily see a change through the clothing such as the Hong Kong picture and the wedding picture from last Saturday though I have fell off the wagon a bit lately.
Started 135kg / 297 pounds in September 2012 at 6ft 3
Now 106-108 kg - 233 pounds.
