Same phone, different cases.
That is quite a transformation. Well done mate.
I am just starting out on my journey and am 253lbs. One thing I've worried about is excess skin after losing the weight. Did you have any issues there? Did you need surgery or did it shrink back?
thanks for the kind words. as far as loose skin goes, the best thing you can do is lift heavy and have a slow and steady pace with your weight loss. stay hydrated and make sure you're eating healthier and getting proper nutrition. loose skin just depends on a few factors, how fast the weight gain was, how slow it was coming off, if your skin was damaged or not and if you're lucky enough to have good skin genes lol. somehow i got really lucky. after losing 200lbs i have very minimal loose skin except for when im hunching over or in pushup position, you can see it a lot more then. as far as surgery goes, i am considering it and seeing if my insurance provider will cover it.
good luck bro. if loose skin is your biggest problem after your journey, then you've had great success!

thanks bros. i have some more laying around on my old HDs. I should probably sift through them just to make a personal collage of some sort lol.
these pics are from around 2011-2012. my heavy duty digital scale only went up to 440 so i dont know how much i truly weighed. it took me about 10 days of intense lifting/cardio/dieting for it to read below 439 lol.
this morning i weighed in at 236.
The cat itself, and especially put so well and properly fitting in this context, is hilarious :D *haha* :).
Now, after two years of training - 1 year on a solid diet, I'm ready to post my fat to fit picture.. I no longer see myself as overweight and I'm ready to continue my journey, to be in the best shape i can possibly be!
but here we go -
Top left corner is me at 102 kg at prom 2012
the rest is from this summer at 78kg's
Thank you for your support throughout my journey! this has been one epic ride!
This is 4 months old
I haven't forgotten my legs, they just need more time, they're small as h*** but 2 "heavy" squat sessions a week should change that sooner or later!
That is an awesome transformation
my 3 year progress. still need a lot more mass!!!!

First picture was at ~200 lbs, taken in August of 2013, after a year of non lifting, drinking 5 nights a week, terrible diet, and multiple injuries keeping me inactive.
Second picture is at ~195lbs, taken 3 days ago, after a 7 month bulk up to 215 lbs, and a 3 month cut to where I am now.
Looking to drop some more BF and hopefully end up around 185lbs and 12% BF in another couple of months
Wow... Nice
Journey over the years. I learned tons through experience.
Eventually I'd like to compete but once I finish cutting a bit more I'm going to spend few years building more mass.
From the looks of it you will.

Very nice! Congrats!
Loose skin = Worst enemy of actual fit people that used to be fat.
former fatties, those of you that had lots of fat stored on your chest, how did you get rid of the terrible chest syndrome after your cut?

I was your typical fat, asian nerd and was sick and tired of being teased in high school.
2 years later and 45 lbs down and I'm still a nerd.

yeh goood job
I just found out that my bodyspace account is still active, so I decided to post my transformation.
The transformation didn't really started until February 2012, when I started running.
I didn't really lift. Just doing bodyweight exercises (push ups, pull ups, dips) and playing around with a couple of 20 lbs dumbbell.
The latest pictures was taken August 25, 2014.

PS. Does anyone has any idea what my bodyfat percentage is in my last pic?

Facially, I probably went from a 2/10 to 5/10. Diet was IFFYM until 14%, then added in 1.5kg veggies to my daily diet and ate much cleaner.
