Thanks! Feeling pretty good about myself so far. Patience is my weak point, but I'm learning haha. Figure as long as I'm making progress, doesn't matter the pace. Although I have some stubborn fat near armpit when my arms are down that I really wish would go away already. In due time, I suppose
6 month progress. So I have lost about 25kg weight right now. On the picture I was 105kg (115->91) skinny fat fat to less skinny fat. :D any guesses, what is bf? :)

Soon I'll start 8 month lean bulk, where I get about 10kg back. I'll do small cuts when doing it. (4-6week 400-500cal cal + bulk, then 2 week cut (2lbs))
Or should I continue cutting, I dont really want, because I look like skeleton. :D
I have been lifting properly since february. My program is arnold g6 and I added deadlift on it.

nice work, 18-19% I would say.
Bulking seems ok, work those shoulders/lats!
Thanks for the Inspiration everyone,
Seeing you make those changes gives me a lot motivation to work hard and know that I can improve my fitness.
I also shared this thread with a good buddy of mine who is probably pushing the 400 club. I'm hoping it inspires him to make some lifestyle changes and show him it is possible for him to improve his fitness as many of you have done.
Hoping to post my own transformation eventually!
Awesome transformations everyone! Seriously, I love looking through this thread; it motivates the hell outta me.
I said I'd re-post when I start cutting a few pounds; currently I am down about 7 lbs from my highest weight during my bulk of 196 lbs; I plan on losing roughly 5 more before the lean bulk begins again.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a picture of me at 196 lbs, the 7 lbs down would be much more obvious than my last picture at 192 lbs lol; nevertheless, I know I'm making progress.
As you can see, I've got loose skin in the lower stomach; it is slowly improving, but still something that bothers me.

oh thanks mate...... i'm not sure really. i've prob been working out 5 - 6 days a week since about late feb i guess. for chest i do bench press, seated machine press, pec deck and various push ups to finish. about 4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise and to failure on the last set of each. I also try and make sure i get a good squeeze on each rep. i wasn't doing this in the beginning but i try to now and i think it def helps rather than just banging them out. correct form is very important
i started out doing a split with a different body part each day but i've changed to this routine.
mon - chest and arms
tues - legs, back and shoulders
wed - start again
so by the end of the week i've worked everything at least twice. i do 15 - 20 mins HIIT cardio at the end of my session and i'm training for a fun run thing in august so i might skip the cardio and go for a 6.5km run later in the day about 2 - 3 times a week.
i'm only a beginner and have a way to go but it's working for now

See attached my picture! I am still working on it but only recently started lifting weights. Coming here for encouragement. I have more pics but haven't posted all of them yet.
Where does everyone store their progress pics?
The first pick I haven't trained for months and being eating a lot of ****. Second pic just before my holiday 16 weeks later.
Unsure of BF in both but start weight 201 end weight 173.
I had a fat winter so am currently back on a cut!!
This post is so motivating!! For the first time in my life, I have made it 4 wks consecutively to the gym. Don't laugh, that's a huge deal for me! I have this forum and all you peeps to thank for keeping me motivated.

Amazing job, dude! How long did it take?
Posting mine aswell, from 03-06-15 to date. Have been measuring my BF with a set of calipers (Slimguide Skinfold Calipers) every Sunday morning, these gave me readings of around 8.5-9% BF, I dont think its that low, need more opinions though!
Poor lighting ftw
