My diet is attached. I didn't recommend to anyone follow what I am doing, I am happy with my results but its just unhealthy doing it for a long time..
Exercises plan:
5x week 45 min - stationary bike
3x week - full body workout
2x week - 15 min HIIT
After start reading BB forum I am planning to slow down the cardios and put my calories to 2500... my TDEE 3300. I am adjusting it by this week.
Ps: 2x Gelatina = 2x Jelly ;)

Geezus, there's hardly any real food in there, that must take a hell of a lot of discipline. Respect for that, I don't think I'd last a week if I tried such a spartan diet.

Buddy. quality result.
Fantastic transformation. whats your bodyfat % sitting at or have you not had it measured...
I am only wondering as you show higher definition in one side of your abs than the other and i thought i would ask as i am curious to know if you had the same trouble as i had when i lost weight....
I dropped BF % as slowly as possible so as to spare as much muscle and strength as i could but this seemed to worry me as when the time came and my abs poked through BUT!!!!!!!! my left abs showed many weeks before my right started to even slightly introduce themselves to the world.
I thought (stupidly) that my right side was not formed properly.... Till i dropped enough to see them.....
did you have the same issue??????
See .... I dont just give advice and motivation lads n ladies..... i ask questions also ;-)
I know I am not fit yet or at my goal but this thread has inspired me to lose weight and I hope my progress will inspire others.
Started diet on September 13, 2012 at 277lbs and dieted for a total of 3 months and I am now maintaining at 206lbs.
Start of diet - 277lbs.
Middle of diet - 228lbs.
Current - 206lbs.
**Don't have a current picture**
keep up the good work buddy! i lost 65 pounds and counting, hoping to lose 100 pounds of fat in a year and do some transformation stories of my own!

Going through some of these posts is really inspiring. I'm a 25 year old female that's 5'4 & 206.6 & in week 1 of my weight loss journey.
I started in August initially at 225 and lost 15 pounds & kept my weight off, but I stupidly didn't follow through on a good diet. And then eventually stopped going to the gym in late December. So even though I kept the weight off, I'm not as physically fit as I was then. So I picked back up last Wednesday (at 210.0 lbs) & I've already lost a few pounds. My goal is to eventually be 125-140. I guess I wanna stop wherever I feel happy with my body. But my ideal body in mind would be toned & I'm not sure how much I would weigh at that point.
This time, no excuses. Thanks for the motivation!!

My abs... even through my diet are coming through slowly, but yeah as of today they have really came through. I was at 30 something percent when I started....today I'm around 18 (goal is less than 10 for the year) but yeah I had the same issue lol. The left side poked through then about I say mid Feb. I seen the right side start coming through. It has to be just BF I assume.... I am self taught through this whole process, utilizing Gym-science, google and Bodybuilding.com. That being said if you ever have any knowledge to help me to my goal it would be appreciated thanks

First post here...
I knew I was a bit on the chubby side but just dressed to hide it - also thought my wife didn't notice! :)
Took a short video of myself just over a month ago to see what I really looked like and surprised myself! Here is a screen shot from it...
Then, after a bit of discipline and exercise I'm making some progress...
Edit: 1st pic 211lbs 2nd 194lbs

So much motivation in this thread, been lurking for ages wanting to make a post.
Hoping this will kickstart me a little.
I started at about 260 although I have been bigger than that.
Over last year and this year I'm down to about 205, I had put on 20lbs over Christmas but have got it under control.
I want to get down to 180 and then start a long slow bulk.
The first 2 pictures where when I was finishing school, hadn't ever really thought about my diet and lifestyle.
The third is this Christmas after I'd put on a little more weight, and apparently am considering eating my dog.
The fourth was last weekend at around 205, going to a wedding.
