looking good man you're gonna be a tank when you are done and bulked
Hey guys, love this thread, so much motivation. Im a FFB (former fat boy) and my buddy wanted me to do a MPD show with him, I spent 6 months getting diet on and lifting. I think i was on calorie/ carb deficit for too long because i came in the week of the show a lot smaller than i ever thought i was going to be. No biggie, i had a great time competing and want to do an other show next year. Now im working on making some gains in the other direction!
The pics that your share with us are really inspirational..Give some tips for me .. How can i reduce weight naturally
[QUOTE=ajv;886702101]Started working out on Feb 7th weighed in at 247lbs.
After 90 days down to 202....goal is around 170lbs. 5'6

Looking great bro. Keep up the good job. What methods & diet did you use to cut? I have the same beginning weight number as you and I'm looking to get a similar size too.

In the middle of a slow bulk, anyone care to estimate BF? I think i'm ~15 but i'm unsure.

I have dropped 40 pounds so far this year. The pics in here always motivate me on lazy days.

damn, i'm quite fu*kn amazed by the transformations i can see here..... and its getting me pusher quite more than i was before
but one question is really kicking my ass, how is it possible, to get ur skin reduced in probably such short time, like quite a few posting in here?
i reduced my weight from july/11 until know about 30kg (aprox 60lbs) atm im 72kg @ 1,70m and ive still got a lot fat at my upper legs.. but the main problem is the quite big amount of loose skin on my stomach and my breast. Is there any really working way to help your skin tighten up faster and get rid of those crappy preg-strech marks?
Good job folks. I had to come in here for some motivation. Was on vaca for a week and diet was crap. Still worked out but not enough to offset the damage. Back to the grind...August this year will be my full year cut. Gotta do two a day sessions I think.

First pic: picture on the left is me about a year and a half ago at 300lbs and GOD knows what bodyfat. The right is me about a month ago at 209 and what I THINK is about 18.5 to 20% bodyfat.
2nd pic : I still feel uncomfortable shirtless but hey why not put it up for comparison. thoughts?
I've been on and off of this site trying to keep my motivation up. I can't blame myself in high school as it is hard to keep motivated with all the distractions around me. But once in college it hits me hard and again I choose to change my life and get healthy but this time is for real this time. I just want to post a picture or two, nothing special or anything I still have a looooong way to go but I can see a little change and feel a change as well. But I applaud everyone on this form, I still have at least a year or two left for my deadline and I'm working harder and harder everyday until that deadline. Will post updates and such. Would love feedback, diets you think are best for losing fat that's been there for a very long time. Your workout techniques, etc.. So here's a couple pics, once again I have a ways to go, but thank you for the motivation everybody.

hey man keep it up you'll get there. I also had fat on me from basically my whole life and I'm still workin but it's coming off. Diet that worked best for me was a diet centered around high protein and most all carbs being complex and mostly low-glycemic

Good progress young man, keep on getting it right. I was 335 when i started.
So many great transformations in this thread! I weighed in at 226 about a month ago, down to 214 right now with 23% body fat. Trying to get to 180 by november. I feel great, changed my entire lifestyle. Before I was eating fastfood about twice a day. Now its completely different. I Run 2 miles a day and got my first gym membership yesterday. Biggest thing I had to get over was my pride and what people thought. Will post before and after pictures once I hit my first goal at 206lbs.

thanks! It took me maybe a year and 2 months to take 80 lbs off. I only take basic supplements like a multi, protein and creatine and right now. Nothing fancy. Before I'd tried different fat burners like lipo-6 black ultra concentrate but I was just trying to find an easy way and I quickly learned I should save those for when I get down way lower in bodyfat. As for my workout I had some experience for a few years lifting so I knew the basics and I lifted pretty heavy. Pretty much like I would lift if I was trying to bulk up, just the diet was in check and was clean and the cardio was on every day after the workouts.
6'1", 231 right now.
I'll be damned if I don't go under 200 before September.
