Looking solid mate,
What was your routine and diet, were you taking any supps ?
Hi everyone, This is my first post! Feeling awesome today.. 3 years ago I was 96kg and I dont even want to guess the bf%!
now I'm 75kg and can bench press (1rm) and deadlift (12 reps) of my old body weight and squat almost double my current weight :) Now I'm focused on eating slightly above maintenance and packing on lean muscle..
Here were I'm at right now last picture pretty recent. Still have a fair amount of cutting down to do. the bathroom scale say's im at 22% BF and my goal is 9%. I've been doing mostly cross-fit style training and just cleaned up my diet the best I can. Lots of protein and about 1200 cal's or so. Started at about 290 now I'm at 182.
Wasn't sure where exactly to post this but I've been waiting so long to finally be more comfortable with myself. I'm ready to show people my progress and prove to girls that lifting weights does NOT make you bulky! The pics on the left are where I started out on my fitness journey. I want to point out this was AFTER losing 50lbs. I used to be borderline obese and decided to lose a little bit of weight. Liked how my pant sized were getting smaller and kept going! Last year when I reached this point I was sent an email from this site regarding the 100k transformation challenge. Figured I'd sign up for a bit more motivation and had no idea at the time how passionate I'd become about fitness. Long story short, here's my transformation from skinny fat to fit. I was 140 in the left pics, today I'm at 135. Only a 5lb weight difference but bigger visual difference!

Please excuse the blurriness. I no longer have the original before pics so I had to use the ones from my bodyspace. Thanks for letting me share this with you all

Really nice transformation. Do you have a before pic of when you was bigger? Makes the whole journey that even more impressive

Thank you!

Thank you, and yes I have 1 pic that shows how heavy I got. It's a screen shot from an old video back in 2010 so this one is even more blurry. I've had computers crash on me and went through a few phones so I've lost a lot of fat pics. Here's another comparison though

I was 190 there February 2010

MiscDemeanor you look so awesome! Youre pretty much my height and I actually had a slightly higher starting weight than yours. Im looking to end right about where you are at about 130 and toned. I'm 5'5", my absolute high was 213 lbs. Today I weigh 157. Just wanted to say way to go girl, thank you for providing me even more inspiration!

Big congrats on your accomplishments so far. That's a lot of weight lost and I'm sure everyone here knows it takes a lot of dedication to do that. I believe in you, you're so close! Thank you so much for the kind words, your rep comment was awesome :)

wow!
Heres my progress so far down 52 lbs 230 -178 5'11" little more to go then I can bulk.
This is 4 months progress, lost 26lbs. Still a looooong way to go, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far. Overcame anorexia and later on a serious binge eating disorder, but I'm finally on the right track for the first time in my life. My fat loss slowed significantly the last month, but I took a diet break for about a week then went back to my previous nutrition schedule and it kick started the fat loss again, hoping to lose another 20lbs by January 1, 2013.
Sorry I have no choice but to attach my pics, not enough posts lol.
