Well I'm certainly not fat to "fit" yet but I am on the way :)
Christ are you serious?.. That's an awesome transformation..
I wish I knew the secrets to no stretchmarks.. I have three on my stomach that look like I've been stabbed.
Anyway, here's my 6 Month Transformation.

Thanks man, appreciate it.
I'm pretty sure I bought my Sci-Tivation here on bb.com.
Personally I bought the Lemon-Lime flavor... don't really recommend that flavor, if they have others I'd try that.
I love it, it works well. The lemon-lime flavor is lousy and leaves an after taste that lasts for hours.
What exactly is the flax oil? I've never really looked into it.

Hahahaha ohhh no, there are stretchmarks. Seriously, blessed is the female who has no stretchmarks!

Well if you're lucky, they're nowhere near what mine are...
Mine are about 6-8 inches long, and an inch thick.
Used to be really deep purple in color...
But thankfully they are changing back to a flesh color :)

An inch thick! That is impressive. And you only have 3? I wonder why your body decided to do that... I have like 50 but they're all maybe 2mm wide

Had something to do with putting on 85lbs in 4 months I'm sure...
Don't judge haha.

I have them also.. no loose skin (luckily) due to slow weight loss but insides of my legs up around the groin area are deep purple rainbow like stretch marks and a few small on my stomach.... They are tattoos of a previous fat life we used to lead....

Flax.... full of essential fatty acids.... are found in many suppliments for fat weight loss. proven effect to drastically reduce cardiovascular disease and blood pressure concerns. i put it into my shake twice a day a tbsp per serving. also known to help with blood pressure stability... is a godsend when on a cut and assists me no end....
Its great in liquid form but not too into tablet form myself....

I don't have any loose skin yet but I imagine I probably will when I reach goal. I lost my stomach really quickly and it's not actually that bad though so I am wondering if it might be okay. All of my stretchmarks are white. I found a product that actually works on stretchmarks but it's really time consuming and I can't be bothered with it most of the time... one day I'll probably start using it again though and everytime I use it they get better!

Hahah I can hardly judge you when I am the same. I had some stretchmarks from puberty but then I got fat rapidly as well when I was about 15... gained 100lb in more like 8 or 9 months.

Have two deep purple ones on the inside on my bicep from working out like a freak.
I prefer those battle scars as opposed to the past life though ;)

When I stocked up before, I was really tempted to buy the Flax, research it, and check it out. Just because I've heard of it but decided against it.
But after your recommendation I might have to look into it again.
However I'm a pill kind of guy. Most of my supps are in pill form, doesn't bother me to take down 12-15 pills at a time haha

So we're on the same cruise-ship and both desperately attempting to get off!
Best of luck to both of us!
No dairy or starches this week so far. I feel good but have been eating alot of cuties oranges. I will say though that I dropped some good weight in the last two weeks. So my meals are chicken breast with a kale shake and 2 cuties, snacks are almonds&cashews with 2 cuties or an apple. Probably two each a day. Today also I made flaxseed/almond meal/coconut meal bread so as a snack I had a pb&j with the breadish loaf thing it was awesome. I run 12 miles tomorrow so today I get beef as well 6oz post w/o 6oz for dinner. Just ranting I guess.
Ive gone from 290 to 255 since OCT. Still have at least 50 to go then Ill assess. My hope is another 25 before may 1st then spend all summer losing 25 super slow from 230 to 205. I want to at that point up my cardio and decrease my reps but increase my weight per rep ratio. If all goes well Ill be 205 but look like a monster.
We shall see
I just have to say gr8 job from everyone who has posted their transformations lately. Keep your heads up and continue on your strong paths of healthy fitness. Reps coming for everyone. :D
Gettin there

Congrats to everyone. This thread has been so inspiring. Finally figured I would share my progress. Still a long ways to go but I know I will get there in time. Been training consistantly now for just over a year now. Really would like to drop another 15-20 lbs, its been a slow progress since I really dont wanna loose much muscle mass.
Start - 305 lbs 40 % BF ?
Current 225 lbs 20% BF ?
Great job all, very inspiring.

Way to work the weight off and the BF%. Keep it going.
Thanks appreciate it. Scale has been moving slow lately but lifts have been going up and been setting new PR's in the gym so I can't complain. Cleaned up my diet a little better lately and have started tracking calories this past month and it has helped tremendously.
This is mine, from 214lbs to 168lbs.
Left side was feb 2012 210lbs right side is feb 2013 180 lbs. Changed my life, if you cant notice in 2012 I was a drunk and on top of the bar with my shirt off. lol Still drink but very seldom, once a week tops. I feel great and healthy and right now I'm bulking, the cut starts at the end of March. Really cant wait to fully bring out my abs
Negged for no reason... all i did was post pictures.

I'll be posting here soon, still cutting
Thats my post from the first page of this thread, 15 months later here's my progress so far (actual time between pics is a bit over 2 years). Been through some ups and downs (mostly ups though) and am pretty happy with how everythings turned out so far. Not at my goal yet but very close, I'd say another year. Just want to give some motivation to others in honor of those who gave me motivation from this thread to keep going and make a change. It can be done, my #1 tip = CONSISTENCY. If you cheat, you're only cheating yourself.

Awesome transformation. What was your diet and routine like?
Awesome transformation. What was your diet and routine like?
Thanks. Diet was clean ,ate about 5 meals a day each with at least 40g protein, kept carbs to an amount the correlated to the amount of activity i was doing that day. So on Leg/Cardio days I'd eat a good amount but rest days I'd eat under 100g. I like to keep fats as high as possible high for health reasons, my macro split probably ended up looking like 45/30/25 P/C/F. Training I switch it up all the time. I work out 5 days a week and do 45 min of cardio after every workout. Supersetting and lifting the heaviest weight you can with the best form is the way to do it.
Love this thread. With a little will power, you are able to achieve whatever you would like. Here is my progress since that day i stepped onto the scale and said " oh wow, this has got to change". This is my first post on boudybuilding.com. I am liking the site so far, and looking forward to gaining knowledge in all areas about staying fit. I pretty much winged it on my own up until now, with no real knowledge on what to eat, which exercises to do, exactly what supplements I need. So im now finally researching ( i know...... i could have done the researching on the interneta long time ago), so that I can achieve the body that I want.
