Everyone on here has made some amazing progress, and it's all very inspiring to see! I joined today after reading through these forums as a non-member for some time. I'm in the middle of trying to get healthy, and it's been great to read everyone's progress. I don't have any good "body" pictures yet, since I just started actually lifting. I have a long, looonnngggg way to go, but everyone on here has shown me that I can do it! These pics were taken about 14 months apart. In that time I've gone from 350 down to 301. I have built up already some new changes in muscle mass, but it's guesswork still for me, until I get more educated. I'm doing a mild keto diet, which has generally worked well. The weight loss definitely slowed down after I started lifting though. These are only face shots, but I like to look at them to see how far I've come already!

Great Job man!
I'm doing cartwheels when I hit 205. 185 doesn't even seem possible.. i haven't weighed that since middle school.

Hey, that is a remarkable accomplishment that you should always be proud of and never forget where you came from to get where you are today. That is a life changing experience that can be used as a tool to further all of your future endeavors. Do not worry too much about all the loose skin. In time it will tighten up considerably. I speak from experience having lost 100 lbs in nine months around your age and everything tightened up with the exception of a slight lower abdominal fat roll.

Awesome stuff mang good job
going on vacation today and when I come back Tuesday I'm starting another 12 week cut. No snacks, no sugar, low carbs, high protein, lots of cardio, and of course heavy ass weight training. The next 12 weeks I am going to give it my all I will be checking in once every week to try and hold my self accountable. I wanna drop from my current 268lbs (pre vacation) to 220lbs I know it's possible I just have to stick with it and not give an inch.

Thanks man. Funny thing is I actually am taking your challenge quite seriously lol.
The last picture is 1 weeks progress from the pictures I posted before.

Lemme know how I'm doing!
Was very dedicated to lifting till football ended then fattened up a lil bit due to horrible diet and laziness. Finally getting back into it and it feels great.
It's quite unlike me to post like this, mainly because of my admitted BDD, which is the best explaination I can give for my absurdly powerful farmer's tan.
But...here goes nothing.
This is me just before my senior year of High School. ~260lbs

This is me in December of 2011, about half a year ago...2 weeks after seeing a nutritionist for health reasons related to being underweight. You can see that I look somewhat sickly.
~130 lbs

These are 2 of me now at ~160lbs, after about a half a year of bulking. (unimpressive looking, but remember I was building from a starting point of virtual non-existence.)

Admittedly a bit bloated in this last one here.

I've decided I'm no longer going to let myself be ashamed of who I was or what I looked like. but instead be reminded that I have a great capacity to enact self-directed change.

Wow that was a quick response. I started to get serious Aug 2010. But my before photo was taken over 10 years ago. People say I look younger now than in that photo. I log all photos on my profile.

Yes I did a mix of HIIT and LISS, I also play rugby so we did conditioning during practice which I would count for my high intensity.
Troy you look sick... In a good way. :)
What was you weight in your "sick" pic?
