Sorry about this all but i have taken a pic today and edited properly a FAT pic and thought i would repost....
Got a bit of crappy news yesterday....
Lad who WAS training with me isn't seein no progress and when he was asked by a fellow worker why he hasn't lost weight but i have he stated it is due to me (STARVING MYSELF)
it is bad phrases like this is a big fookin stab in the back when i dont cheat or have silly off days.......
i have stuck to my plan and diet for 9 months and have just stopped keto a few weeks back.
The end of this month i will start with JACK3D pre workout and a high carb bulk protien instead of low carb and also CESIAN before bed ...... I CANT WAIT..
I rep back by the way...........
Taken 9 months so far and without you lot on here i would not be halway where i am already.....
his transformation deserves props:
Sure in another thread. Not trying to be a dick but that has zero to do with this topic and there is another thread called skinny to mass right below this.

Last week of January I started walking on a treadmill. After 2 weeks of not seeing any progress whatsoever, I met a guy that owns a crossfit gym. Tired of being a fat slob I wanted to get back to the shape I was in during high school (7yrs ago) I stopped eating everything I saw. Started drinking only water with the everyother week selection of a diet drink. Im taking in 1100 cals on off days and 1300 during cardio or strength training. Taking amino acids and fish oil. Strength training mon wed frid. Cardio tues thurs sat and taking a well needed break sun.

I'm seriously sitting here with a smile on my face.
The motivation this thread gives is through the roof!
I'm 20 years old, been up and down between 230-240 ibs through the years.
Recently got out of the Airforce, started working out with the 5x5 stronglifts program for 12 weeks.
Didn't put on that much muscles i think, but i feel in better shape and i've been told that i look alot more fit.
I'm not sure what my weight is right now, gonna check in the morning (just bought a weight today).
I started my diet yesterday.
1500-1800 calories per day. Eggs, ham, Lean meats, veggies, proteinshakes are what my meals consist of mainly.
I keep checking in on this thread every day to get my motivation up, and it definately works!
If i reach my goal (160-170 ibs). Which i intend to do this time.
I will post up my transformation pics :)
This summer is hopefully gonna be the best of my life. I've never been able to go to the beach without feeling bad about myself.
Always been shy. This is about to change.
-
Absolutely amazing!!!!
Holy s**t bro!!! Great job and keep at it. Congrats man!!!
