Need help worried about possible muscle loss...
I have lost around 18 pounds/7.5 kg of weight in just "3 WEEKS" i am posting the bfre n after pictures , please help me!!!!! AM I LOOSING A LOT OF MUSCLE??? i have reduced my calorie intake to 1200-1400 calories ......,.....is that too low?? i dont do much of weight training .....hardly 30 minutes .............and the 20 minutes of jogging

I just wanted to comment on this thread. All of your stories are truly amazing and inspiring!! On the Days I don't feel like getting my arse in the basement and working out, I read your posts and that is all I need!!
I started back in August of 2011 around 245lbs with P90X to drop the body fat quick. Right after the holidays and I concentrated more on lighting and prepping to bulk. I bought a multi-station stack machine and Olympic bench with 400lbs of plates and made my own gym in the basement. After about 3 months of lifting and eating a high protein diet, I am down to about 206lbs and building muscle quickly. Please check out my progress pics. I feel great and plan on getting into a cutting mode now to loose some more belly fat and show where I have cut up a bit. Any tips or comments are greatly appreciated!!
