Good job! Routine?
Well done man
Nice work obvious gains there!
Thanks man!
Workout 5-6x a week, each day 1-2 different body parts with cardio 3-4x a week. Honestly, it's in all the diet bro. I saw the most gains the last 6 months tracking calories and relatively strict diet, than the 2 years before that.
New to forum, am 5'9" and dieting/getting back into working out for a little over a month. Before pic I weigh 197lbs and that was on 6/22. After pic is today at 181lb on 7/28. I'm not even sure what weight I want to be just want to keep getting more fit/cut. Been on the south beach diet (a great, healthy diet imo) and using c4, alpha amino, no3 and whey protein (yes I'm a cellucor junkie).
This is my 37 weeks transformation , i hope someone will be motivated like i was with the old thread pictures :
before :
weight : 124 kg "274 lb "
waist : 113 cm
bf% : 36%
after :
weight : 74.4 kg " 164 lb "
waist : 87 cm
bf% : 14.6 %
Total lost : 110lb
big question guys : do you think i should bulk now or keep dropping pounds ?
because i'm planning on bulking 1/8/2015 with the stoppani shortcut to size
take care
congratulations.. very good job.
Hey everyone, I've been trying to cut my fat down for about 2 months now. I went from 182lb 25% fat to 164lb 21.8% fat as of earlier today. I'm pretty happy with how it's gone. Will probably keep cutting for another couple months. I'm darker in the after pics because I just got back from a 2 week holiday. Managed to maintain my weight but still enjoyed alot of good food!

I don't have enough posts to post the imgur album as a link. Copy and paste the imgur url to see the album.
I think that I've made a few muscle gains also because I have gotten stronger and my muscles seem significantly bigger now, although I know that'll be down partially to the lost fat making them seem bigger, so I put a couple flex pics in.
I'm still a noob so if anyone has any tips for me I'd be happy to hear them, or if anyone has any questions about what I've been doing I'll happily answer.
Hope everyone else is doing well.
1 year transformation!
18 month transformation. Need to get bigger. Might go with some GEAR. Undecided

These transformations are just phenomenal!
First post but figured I'd just come and join the club.
Top left: 225lbs
Top right: 200lbs [these photos were from May 26th to July 11th]
Note: with these two comparisons I was only doing cardio. Absolutely no weightlifting. Figured I should actually start lifting to see where that would get me.
Bottom left: 194lbs
Bottom right: 189lbs [these photos were taken on July 24th and again on August 3rd]
not too much gain as far as lean muscle mass but some of the body fat has gone away :)

Thanks man I go to the gym 4-5 times a week hitting every muscle group every week. The thing that i noticed that helped the most was eating clean. A normal day of eating for me is something like this....
Right as i wake up take my supplements ( L-carnitine, CLA , Fish oil, Animal pak multivitamins on lifting days otherwise i take a normal multivitamin)
take my fat burner like 30 min before i eat.
Make a clean breakfast usually some eggs and Turkey bacon.
Take some creatine HCI before i hit the gym.
2scoops 100%whey with 1 tble spoon dextrose and 1 tblespoon carbo gain 1 scoop of creatine after the gym mixed into my shake with water.
Take more L-carnitine CLA and fish oil
Protein bar at work later.
after work i eat 2pc tortilla 2pc ham 2pc turkey 1pc cheese split into 2 wraps.
Then for dinner i usually have a good sized portion of chicken or red meat with veggies ill have brown rice or quinoa if i feel like i want a carb but if not ill just eat the protein and veggies..
starting back mid 2014 at 198lbs and now at 162lbs. I still have a long ways to go before getting to where I want to be but its a start.
This thread keeps me motivated all the time :)

Worked out for years and was in great shape, went to law school, marriage, work, life happened and I turned into a dad bod. Was on an almost 10 year dreamer bulk and lost all my muscle and fitness. This year I decided to turn it all around. This is my progress thus far.
I still want to put on a little more size and lean up more eventually as well.

Looking good man! Diet/routine?
Looking good man! Diet/routine?
Thanks!
I lift dumbbells only. 4 days a week lift, cardio 2 days a week. Chest, shoulders, tris 2 days, legs, back, bis 2 days. I do 3x10. I have the powerblock 120s. For cardio I have a concept 2 rower. (15-30mins of vigorous rowing) I also travel a lot for work so I find myself in hotel gyms or local gyms at least 2 days a week.
For food I don't weigh it out or do macros, I just eat "healthy" ...though I think I'm going to have to dial it in to get the abs to show.
